I love to make the people in my life happy. I have a ton of acquaintences but a small handful of true friends. The friends in my life have been there for over 15 years. I always try to see all the sides to an issue...sometimes I like to play devil's advocate just to try to get others to see a side different than their own. I need to feel important in my partners life. I need to be heard even if you don't agree with me... just listening to me will get you very far with me.I am a little old fashioned.... I can take care of myself but I love being taken care of. I want to wake up and go to bed every night with my best friend. i dont know if its possible to find that but i am not ready to stop looking. I try to maintain a positive outlook on life. I would like to meet someone who is confident (but not arrogant) and passionate about what they do. I like to have fun as much as anyone, but raising two sons has consumed most of my time in recent years. Of course, I wouldn't have it any other way. They mean everything to me, but my boys are getting older and more independent. They don't need me as much as they use to. That's not easy to accept, but it does give me a chance to pursue interests of my own. It would just be nice to someday find the right person to do those things with. I am not hard to please. I would enjoy going anywhere that provided a setting to have a good conversation.
