Hi, I'm one of those lucky people who made their hobby their profession. I am a professional artist and make my living selling my work. It's great to be my own boss and make all my own decisions, both for my business and my creative choices. I am not shy or introverted and really want/ need to meet someone with a great sense of humor. I've realized that I honestly need to be with someone who can make me laugh and vice versa. My friends describe me as beautifully quirky and honest, in touch with my feelings and very caring. Sometimes they say I'm too forgiving.I would like to travel more and perhaps learn how to do something new with someone special. I love to travel and experience new cultures and see the world. I also like scuba diving and the ocean in general. According to people I've met out west, it's a big part of who I am, although I didn't see it until it was pointed out to me!I think the things that make me unique can't be written about in a very succinct way. It's more of an energy you feel when you're around me. My friends say I have amazing energy and light up a room. People have said they're addicted to being around me and spending time with me. Don't worry, I don't let it go to my head! LOL! I just like people and consider myself to be a social person. However, I would like to meet that special person that I can share secrets with, have inside jokes with and can feel perfectly at ease with, whether we're at a black tie event or just couch surfing in sweatpants. I also need to meet a man who had a happy childhood, likes his parents and siblings and loves cats and animals in general. I have one cat. A unique and maybe even a little quirky man is a positive attribute and I do not need to be with a man as chatty or as outgoing as myself. However, they should be somewhat social. I think a relaxing, but not boring, first date would be the best way to get to know someone. However, I really do appreciate a man who puts some thought into a first date. If it's a restaurant they make reservations. They think about what I like and try to incorporate those things into the evening's events. "Let's meet at this bar and this time" is fine, but shows a total lack of effort, interest and creativity. Just sayin'! I do like the idea of trying something new or going somewhere neither one of us has gone before, even if it's just a new restaurant.

I think I'm pretty funny even if no one else does. I laugh a lot. Out loud. Sometimes in inappropriate situations. I can find a comical story in almost any scenario and can get pretty animated when I tell it. I wish I could get paid to read books. I wanted to be a food critic or the host of a travel channel but *** became a graphic designer (which is still really great, especially because it's my own business). I love music. I sing along to every song and I'm not very good at it. I love trying new foods. I like to cook. I love my friends and making new ones. I can do the running man and a string of other dances that no one should ever do in public. Ever. I can fish (if you bait it), put up a tent and start a fire although I'd much prefer cottage life. I am the proud (and sometimes embarrassed) member of a huge and loud Italian family. I need a good adventure and why not do it in our own backyard! I also love impromptu weekend getaways to places nearby & road trips. I'm pretty happy where I am right now but I think life is meant for two! I'm looking for someone ambitious, respectful, fun, funny & kind. I want someone to travel and laugh with, be lazy & have fun with, enjoy good conversation & great food. Someone who always laughs at my jokes, although I laugh at them enough for the both of us most of the time. Things like holding the door open for me makes me weak in the knees - it must be from living down south all that time! I'm not at all interested in a "man boy" or replacing your mommy. I'm definitely looking for someone who has his sh*t together :) PS. If you put your shoe size in your profile, you're an idiot. It can be anything from coffee & a walk, good conversation, meeting up for a drink, or a casual dinner out. Whatevs.

If you think you are one of the good ones... a guy that tries to do the right thing not just to avoid hell or a ticket but because it is just the right thing to do, then I want to meet you. We can go from there! I think a good first meeting is coffee. The setting is chill and quiet so we can talk, and neither needs to spend a lot of money. If chemistry is there, we can explore it further on a second date doing something fun, or do the traditional go out to dinner thing.
