I am 51 yrs. old. Its not to easy finding the right words when you speak of yourself! Here goes...I am a friendly girl, little shy at first I think. Others that know me say this is not true. I think going with no expectations of the other is best, then nobody is disappointed. Then if there is a spark...all the better!!

My Life, in a Nutshell. Been single for several years now. I was certain, that ***would be my year. The year isn't ever yet! But, I have a feeling I will be editing in a few months, changing ***to ***.......... I'm always optomistic!I'm a divorced, middle age gal, that feels like 30. I am 5'5", healthy, but not a skinny model. I live near the Glendoveer Fitness Trail, and would like to find someone to walk it with me. I don't smoke ***years!) and rarely drink. I never do recreational drugs. If you do, do not contact me. I work full time, downtown. I don't work regular hours, but I don't work weekends. I live alone, but for my cat. Kids are out. I have a home, and car. I live very frugally, with a goal of being debt free. Slowly, but surely, getting there. My car is old, but it's paid for. My apartment is cheap, but comfortable. I just want to be worry-free. I'm easy going, and don't sweat the small stuff. I'm Catholic, and occasionally go to Mass. I'm not religious.I hope to find a nice man, who may have some of the same goals. I like if you're taller than me, and not skinny. I like a big guy. By big, I don't mean morbidly obese. It would be cool if he has a car, home and job (or at least, an income). Sense of humor is a big plus, and likes kids and animals. I like a man with a big personality, not so much a milktoast. Please don't be an alcoholic, drug user, woman abuser, felon, wanted or attached in any way. But, anywhere may be doable. I want that man to know that I have goal in mind. To get remarried someday. But, I'll just be happy starting with a nice date. It was so much easier when I was a teenager! I've dated since my divorce, but have not been in a relationship.I am pretty much a homebody, because I live cheaply, but mostly because I am still single. When I do get out, I like to eat out, go to the movies, walk around the mall, hit up the casino, visit friends. I listen to Alternative, 90's grunge, new music on 94.7. (The Black Keys can do no wrong!) I don't like country. I love Volkswagens. More like obsessed..lol You don't need to, but at least humor me. And, I won't hate what you may drive. I'm on ***, keeping in touch with my friends and family. We live in an amazing time, where one can keep in touch, and chat with friends and family members all over the world! . I cannot have children anymore, but I don't mind if a potential partner has grown children who visit home.I have a high level of energy most of the time. I am friendly. Sometimes I get frustrated with people, but deep down I have a mutual understanding that we are all human and have to deal with the same stuff every day.I work towards living my life aligned with my values. There is a bigger picture and I believe that our life mission is important and profound. Generally I get along with most people and I have a compassionate heart. I know there is much more to life than just entertainment and attaining "things." I love to explore many avenues of thought about religion and/or politics. I think love is awesome.I'm not very materialistic. I have good grooming habits and cleanliness in a man is very important to me. He doesn't have to be a neat freak, just clean and decent. I enjoy a great variety of music from oldies, country, soft rock, pop.****r, 80's, and 90's. I'm not a fan of Hip Hop. I love simple, natural foods. Very very rarely do I eat fast food unless I'm on the road and didn't plan ahead. Meeting for coffee first. If that goes well, a nice dinner and a movie suits me fine.
