About Me

I moved back to Ca. about ***years ago, after being gone 17 years. I love my life and where I live right now. My children are grown and after raising them on my own I've been re-discovering myself and my spirit. Im as comfortable in boots and jeans as I am in a LBD. lol I easily get along with others. It's my time, at least for now. My goal is to get both my children back here so I dont have to be a long distance grandmother when the time comes. My job keeps me pretty busy. I am active, independant, down to earth, generous,honest and have integrity. I love all animals but right now I have just one dog. I am learning about myself each and every day. I love hiking and being outdoors and working out a few times a week. I love dancing, traveling, fishing, reading, spiritual growth, eating out at great restaurants and just having fun!! Im in sales and drive just about everyday so please be at least close to me or willing to drive. I have been told I look better in person.     Hi, I am new back into the world of dating, and at 52 I should be terrified but I'm not, I am excited to start living my life again, I had put me on the back burner for way to long, because there are only so many options for answers, I'd like to say that even though I'm not ready or looking for anything more than friendships and dating, I am not against being serious if the right person came along, I miss having passion in my life, but I am also not going to be a booty call either..!.     Hello. I am looking for a lifelong partner - someone to grow old with, to have that wonderful loving, trusting relationship I know can exist. I want to find a special someone to share life with - to do things like traveling, exploring local areas, trying new things or just staying home together watching TV. I know that special man is out there - we just have to find each other. I am open, straightforward and honest. I don't play games - don’t really know how to anyway. My daughter is out on her own with her own family. I have a good job, a house and no baggage. Have been told that I am easygoing and provide "no drama." I guess that means I am even tempered and don't get upset easily. My interests and likes are quite varied - I love to learn new things and see new things. My interests run the gamut from boating, nature, animals, theater, reading, traveling, snorkeling, cruising, fishing, museums to space. I especially love the intracoastal or other waterways, rivers and lakes. I grew up boating a lot and miss it. I am not, however, a typical beach person. I find it boring to sit in the sun on the beach for hours although I do like exploring the beach. I enjoy spending time at festivals, the theme parks on occasion, and exploring new places including locally. I have discovered I enjoy live music if it is the right kind of music. As I indicated, my interest can be sparked by almost anything. What can you show me? I can't say I'll do anything once but I will consider it (don't think I am brave enough for sky diving though.) My ideal first date is simply a meet and greet - meet somewhere for tea/coffee for a half hour or 45 minutes to see if there is mutual interest. No pressure on either of us.
