About Me

I love to garden. I have a 5 month old puppy. I am creative (scrapbooking, photos, decorating, re-purposing). I love animals, but I don't "obsess". They are a part of my life, but I don'I't center my life around them. I love nature: water, sunsets, beaches, parks, etc. I am a bit of a handy woman and would love to learn more. I'm not materialistic, but, yes, I want and need things. I hate shopping. Not fond of cooking. Love an intelligent conversation. Can do without sport talk and sport t.v. I love exploring new music I(not hip-hop/rap or country). I love to help others in need - be it the poor, the sick, animals, etc. I don't go looking for it, but if I see it I absolutely offer my help and follow through.I am a very "social" person and strike up a conversation very easily with people, but I would rather stick to a small circle of friends in the long run. My goals? I just want to adjust to life without my son (college) and start a new social life (after 17 years)! I don't want to go out every night to accomplish this. I want to wake up in the morning knowing there is someone in the same town looking forward to a hug, a laugh, and a great kiss!Upsdate: after just a few days on this website I have learned more of what i don't want: if you feel the need to post a picture of yourself w/o a shirt on - I don' need you, if you need to post pictures of your hot tub, your swimming pool and your entire house - don't need you, if you tuck your tee shirt in your pants - don't need you, if your heavy - don't need you, if you are into watching SPORTS - do not need you, if you message every single girl - don't need you, if you can't bother to "chat", "IM", etc., for awhile to get to know each other before going out on that "first date" - certainly don't need you - that's YOUR DESPERATION, not mine., if you claim you don't have a computer - that is completely suspicious to me and other women that you are hiding your search for woman from someone else, most everyone owns a computer. Hard to believe all these men on meetville don't have a computer!!! Don't lie about you having kids. We are not going to be put off. We'll be more put off when we find out LATER! If you want a one night stand: get a whore, go to a bar, or get an escort service. Some of us are serious! IF YOU DON'T HAVE PICTURES (and that is plural) Don't bother! Ha! Been a while! I would really like to have some sort of a picnic/sunset scenario. I have NEVER had that. Always wanted that. It just occurred to me. That's "IT".
