I live a healthy (mind, body & spirit) life style, eat right (most of the time) and like to stay active (walking, hiking, biking, running). Friends have described me as down to earth, loyal, curious, passionate, patient, kind, romantic and funny:) Fall is my favorite time of year and it is just around the corner.
