I went back to work FT on last Friday after working 30 hrs a week since 3 weeks after surgery. :) I am limited to physical activity but hoping to be back to 100% in the next 6 months. Building back my core strength and endurance. Have no restrictions but lifetime bending and twisting in which I have adjusted to long time ago. I am open and honest, so now everyone knows what they may be getting into. Something easy and relaxing, drinks or a lite bite.
