Me you ask? Well I am a 49 yr old divorced father of 2 amazing kids. Due to my work schedule, I don't have time for many hobbies, however for relaxation I read fiction, watch sports and exercise. The 2 activities I really enjoy are SCUBA and snow skiing. Some other activities that I enjoy include working in my yard (really), watching my son play soccer and my daughter rock climb. Running and yoga are my favorite workouts these days. There are so many people out and about being active and healthy. I like it. There is nothing wrong with the good old stand-by of dinner and a movie. Thai food has been my favorite lately. Blue Fin for sushi is also a good call. Italian food with a glass or two of red wine and good conversation always works. The movie turns out to be better than we both expected. We go to a coffee shop that is open late and the conversation flows easily. Since the evening went so well I drive you home and walk you to your door where we hug and kiss. I say that we should do this again soon and you agree. I drive home with a smile on my face. I text you good night when I get home. That is my idea of a wonderful first date. However, I realize that this is highly unlikely. It just makes sense that we drive seperately so that we can go our seperate ways if need be. Like they say, it takes a few tries before the perfect date happens. All of the planets have to be alligned and so many variables have to land in the right place.

I listen to all kinds of music, but tend to stay more on the country/rock side of the road. Bike rides get me out of the house for the most part now days. I don’t know a lot of people in the area, so I tend to ride alone. I travel as much as I can, so I have been keeping my responsibilities around the house on the low side. I enjoy doing things outside like gardening/landscaping, but have been shying away from it recently. I like to hunt, fish, camp. go out on a boat, and hit the trails for a bike or ATV ride. I can cook, can a mean salsa, and clean. Yes, I have been known to do my own laundry. I am a bit one sided on how I spend my time alone, but not afraid to mix it up. The cold weather is on its way as you know. This will be movie time, or going someplace warm at times. Yes, I could try to keep you warm..I guess if you have read this far I will put in a few must does. I am not opposed to doing some flying during some parts of the year. She must live close. I don’t want to watch a movie at your place and then drive an hour to get home. Fifteen minutes or less would be great. Thirty minutes would work. I am willing to work for something great, but would like to make things easy and simple.
