I moved to DC area about a year ago to work on an international development organization so I still feel sometimes as a tourist. It was hard at first new job, new language, new culture and starting over but it turn out great and I loved the challenge. As people say: if you make it in NYC you can make it anywhere! (I stayed in NYC for a month before leaving my country but that is another story ;).So far Iโve been enjoying living in this city and doing some activities that I couldnโt do before like skiing, ice skating, hiking, going into the woods, trying a shooting range, etc. I still have many more that I will love to do so it would be great if I find someone that can join me.
