So I guess I have to start this out with a little more about me. Just a guy. A real guy. A guy who still believes that a woman should be adored and cherished. I believe in keeping life simple. I believe in being respectful to waitresses and waiters and all service providers. Just because someone is a server does not make them a servant. They are still people trying to make their way and they deserve to be treated with dignity.Just a guy. A real guy. A guy who believes in holding the door for the next person coming through behind me. Regardless of age or race or creed. I believe in opening car doors for that special person I am with. For doing simple things just to make them smile. I believe true happiness comes from doing simple things just to see that person smile. Not expensive or lavish gifts. Simple things that show you care. Bringing home flowering plants *** bouquets of roses that will wither within a week. Buying a small gift that person mentioned wanting weeks ago. Just to let them know I was listening and thinking about them.Just a guy. A real guy. Beaten, broken, cracked and scratched. But still ready to shine. Even the worlds rarest diamond has a flaw. Honest, caring, devoted and faithful to the one I love. And the key word is ONE!I am looking for a keeper. I want to be treated and wanted like I am a keeper too. Love to laugh.I am open, self deprecating, and live with integrityI need to laugh at myself daily. And to create all sorts of movement in my life....I try to accept all that life has to offer on a daily basiswith courage, compassion, and kindness as best I can. However, I do miss the world terribly. Working diligently (and at times distractedly) on recreating a new life at home for myself. Taking the time to figure it all out while continuing to work with children in one capacity or another.I sometimes contradict myself because it ultimately expose oneself to finding your true inner desire by facing your own contradictions you didn't know you held? But I do have solid integrity and am grounded for the most part.I am physically active and love to hike, bike, walk, roller-blade, and play a lot of soccer when I am fit. When I am working on getting fit (again) I do all the same stuff daily-- just a lot less vigorously. I also do yoga and pilates regularly because I love how they feel. I need to move daily in one form or another, without it I would go mad. But, I am no longer a fanatic.My life is constantly changing, as it should. I try to remain open everyday to what life brings and work to take action to bring what I want into my life.Looking for love and a LTR if I can ever find that right mix of a guy at the perfect time?? I enjoy the following in my spare time (not in any specific order): movies, music, fishing, hiking, walks, beaches, random road trips, casinos, hanging with my kids, hanging with friends, bonfires, camping, eating good food. I am open for pretty much anything. I think it's nice to meet up somewhere low-key, have a couple drinks and good conversation. I don't think a movie is a good first date, but food is okay (maybe lunch/dinner or coffee). A walk in a park, something like that. No pressure, just hang out and see if things click.I am looking for a guy that has his life together.
