It would be nice to meet someone that appreciates all that, but I'm not gonna hold my breath, I'd pass out. I want Friendship, Companionship and then a Relationship...in that order, and over TIME. I want for each of us to have our own independence, but when we are together, or apart, we're one. I am looking for my soul mate, but have no delusions that THAT is easily attainable, but you never know. I'm not perfect and I'm not looking for perfection, but be somewhat attractive and not obese please. I workout and diet part-time and appreciate someone that at least gives a modicum of sh!t about their health. I'm not being superficial, just know what I like. Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my profile!! Well I do not usually talk about myself but I will try for the sake of hopefully finding a woman to complete me. I am the type of person that will help anyone with anything if I can, I am open to try new things, and actually have manner and morals. I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve which I have found out that isn't always a good thing unfortunately. I enjoy all genre of music except that death metal crap, I am a gearhead that loves to tinker with vehicles and can fix nearly anything that is broken(I have a little bit of MacGuyver in me!). I like to bowl, throw darts, shoot pool, camping, walks in the moonlight, and laying on the couch snuggling. I am a pretty basic guy and I am not needy. My current goal is to find a nice woman that has a good head on her shoulder and knows what she wants. I can say however that if you are a person that meets someone but likes to keep "fishing" so to speak, please keep moving on. If I am interested in a woman, I treat her with respect and make sure she feels secure in knowing there is nobody else. I am an honest person whether it is a good or bad situation and I expect nothing but honesty in return. I am personally sick n tired of women lying to either try and make themselves look good or covering up something. I apologize for sounding a little calloused there but I for one am tired of getting screwed over. I'm too old for games!! If there is anything else you would like to know, feel free to ask!! As for a first date, I suppose it could be anything from the traditional dinner and a movie to something as extreme as skydiving! I would actually prefer to see what my date thinks first before a decision is made that way both of us would have a great time.

Hello. Where does one start?... I love music (metal,80's cheesy hair bands,progressive, blues, blah blah blah) and like to see live musicians do their thing (because that is when they are at their best...or worst) and have that special someone next to me to experience the joys that music has to offer! And that special someone would not mind if I did the cooking (because I love to cook and see that smile when it tastes good) or join in and create a great dish..or not such a great dish and then go for a walk after to work off the food! I love my job. I climb trees and I get paid to do it so what can I say...it's like being a kid again. I enjoy snowmobiling as a winter hobby. The summer time? I like the outdoors and all it has to offer. I love going for long rides on my motorcycle. I like sushi or a great steak with garlic mashed potatoes but always willing to try new things. I would like to meet someone who can put up her hair and put on a sexy dress and do some dancing or let her hair down and get good and muddy. I do not have any kids of my own but that doesn't mean I do not like them. I have helped raised 3 boys for the last 16 yrs.and they have all turned out very well and I am very happy to say that.One of them is working with me and I'm proud to say that he will be GREAT at it. Enough about me....I want to hear about you! WOW the pressure is on....miniature golf?...beer tasting?...wine tasting?...Food tasting?... I say we meet up and go with the flow.

So, a mature young lady who maybe is a bit of an introvert and an intellectual who looks good in a bikini (I mean, I live ***steps from the beach after all) would be a very good match.
