Hello. I enjoy crafting (not like an old spinster or hoarder, haha) but fun things. I sometimes just have ideas or see things and feel an urge to make something or create something of my own. I love the personal touch of something handmade, especially when I can give a gift I made from my heart to someone I care about. To me that is very rewarding. I enjoy being active...yes this is a sport, no I am not a lesbian, and no I am not violent, haha), and I look forward to new adventures as well. I have always had dreams of working in the criminal justice field since I was a small child. What five year old was glued to the television and refused to move from the floor until the entire episode of C.O.P.S. was over? This girl! Come on who doesn't love late 80's early 90's episodes of C.O.P.S.? Stone washed jeans, high top reeboks, and mullets were almost a requirement to be a criminal back then! I was blessed enough to have the opportunity to achieve my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. I have future hopes of working as a police officer or at a minimum pursuing a career within the criminal justice field...past and/or future criminals need not apply, lol. It would most definitely be a conflict of interests. I feel like I have an awesome sense of humor. My friends and family would tell you the same. I love, love, love to laugh and I strive to bring laughter into others lives. I have to say a good sense of humor and being able to laugh with and at one another is key for me in a relationship. I am a very independent person. I pride myself on the fact that I can take care of myself. I am certainly not looking for someone to take care of me. In other words, I pay my own mortgage, I go to work everyday, and I pay my own bills. I am interested in someone who is strong in his sense of self, trust worthy, responsible, and will stand by my side when I need him most. If a man can offer this to me I promise to be his biggest fan and supporter as well. As far as music is concerned I feel I am pretty versatile. I will listen to country, pop, rap. Oh, I love 80's music and 90's music isn't bad either. My favorite song is...drum roll please. Seriously, I need you to roll your tongue here and make a drum roll sound...Pump Up the Jam by Technotronic. BAM! I promise if I am ever in public and that song comes on by some crazy chance...I will make room to dance from start to finish!! I will run to the nearest dance floor and/or open space and dance for the whole song. How can you NOT dance to that song?? I may or may not steer with my knee if I am driving in a car and this song comes on because I need both hands to truly express how awesome that song is since my feet have to press the gas and brake and are not capable of participating in the dance party at that particular time! Oh, and of course anyone who is with me is required to join me in the celebration of this song, lol. I wouldn't mind bowling, dinner, a comedy show, or putt putt golf...not necessarily all of these or in this order (That would probably be the longest first date anyone has ever been on). I can't say that I am super picky about this. I think if two people are compatible they can sort first date details out together. I don't think we need to add any pressure here. I am pretty easy going and see no need to make this complicated...we got this!!

I am a very funny and witty person... I love being the life of the party. However, I'm also very practical, down to earth, and sensible. My most favorite thing to do (besides Football Sunday) is cooking. It consumes my life. By day I cook for a private preschool and by night I am a caterer and personal chef. Hey guys! Yes its true im a geek and I love it. What do I mean by geek you ask? Well I love syfy type of movies and even the super cheesy kind. If there is an occasion to dress up in any way I am all for it. I like making my friends laugh even if I didn't mean to. I think you can get alot out of a person within the first ten mins if you would want to see a person again. Then that is when i would like to do something fun (october) haunted house, or apple,pumpkin picking, going to a fair or something like that i want to you if you know how to have fun.

I try to enjoy every day; making the routine fun, and peppering it with highlights of awesomeness. Outdoors is a fun adventure what with trees and all the ways to sit in them, the challenges and joys of the elements (I really dislike the wind.-that's my superpower!), the thrill of going fast and watching the environment change around me. Indoors is best appreciated with good food and music (the random play on my computer is what I listen to, and it can jump from rock to Celtic, folk, classical, blues, jazz. Artistic culture is also a big part of my life- concerts, theatre, museums, and good books. I believe happiness is about balance and making the details fantastic.
