So, here we go. *smiles*After marriage, children, divorce, running a business and raising teenagers I have learned many things about myself. My main musical focus however is rock, and you will find me listening to anything from 70’s to current metal. (My daughters also love music and often we can be found singing loudly together.)I believe that your health is your only true wealth and I have a daily practice of yoga, meditation and exercise. I do my best to stay away from junk food (unless its chocolate and then I give in 100% of the time) and almost never eat fast food.I am a believer in the law of attraction and that we get to choose how our days go.
