Newly single so some friends suggested I try meetville. Had some success meeting woman in the bar scene, though I haven't met anyone special. Looking to meet someone special for interesting and intelligent conversation and intriguing experiences. Work with kids in the field of education, and love my job. Enjoy travel, good food, music, technology and movies. Maybe it's meant to be...let's see Bowling... Candlepins, of course

I really don't like to talk about myself so I'll be brief. I'm an outgoing, fun guy looking to find someone to laugh with and have good times with. I like going to games, concerts & comedy shows. I enjoy working out and living life to the fullest. Fall is my fav time of the year. Nice and cozy weather :) Dinner and dessert at Finale sound good. Date # 2 B's game ;)

I like doin things outside, like biking, hiking & I walk the beach a lot..... I want to meet someone I can talk to & likes to have fun & isn't afraid to try new things....I have 2 kids & they are the most important things in my life!!! I'm very laid back & can adapt to almost any situation....Really do like all music types, but mostly rock & roll....Been outta the dating screen for a long time & want to feel that feeling when you meet someone you can see yourself being with for a long time & makes you happy just thinking about them!Wanna know anything else, you can just ask me'!?Hope to hear from ya!!!! Meet for a drink & or appitizer & see how that goes...Usually doesn't take that long to know if your both interested or not!?!?But I'm up for other suggestions....

Man. 39 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.
Looking for: woman. In age: 36-46
I'm not single anymore but I can't delete this site... I love the sunlight and saltwater, and am more than happy to wake up early and drive a few hours to get to actual clean salt water. My personal health goals have taken me away from any sort of 'bar scene' and meeting new people has become more complicated. I'm trying to find someone who can tolerate my bullsh*tand I can tolerate theirs. Look, almost everyone i know is in the middle of a divorce or is divorced already, I'm looking for someone who I can trust and can be in it for the long haul! I am loyal and caring and worth a shot. I have little faith in this site's ability to find these things for me but who knows (wishful thinking l know). I exercise a ton and eat right, its a lifestyle choice, if you have no interest in practicing these things I doubt that we would click. Also have the free time to make it work, if you have only 1 day a week on average to see your man, I am not your guy.Anyways, if you want to know more feel free to ask me, even if we dont feel a romantic spark, I like meeting new people. Best of luck! Something that involves food or flying around in your private jet.

To start with, I'm very shy. At my job as a lab technician I hardly even look at people, let alone talk to them. An advice column I read in a newspaper a while ago makes me think I must have Asperger's, but what can I do? And anyway, even Miss Manners doesn't know everything, hard as that may be to believe. Beyond that, I guess I'm nerdy. I love novels and popular science books. I like T.V., although, excepting "Star Trek" and "Futurerama" reruns, if it's not on PBS I'm probably not interested. The science and nature and interview shows, those British mysteries (";- it's just as well I work second shift, since otherwise I'd never turn it off. If anyone else saw "; last weekend, you should definitely write me; we can talk about the greatness of Judi Dench, a subject on which I, for one, could go on all day. For music, increasingly I listen to classical, though occasionally I can still sneak in some of that old-time rock, like the Killers. On weekends I go to museums and go hiking with my dog. Anyway, I'd love to meet a person I could talk to and do simple things with. Though I've been getting braver about seeing movies by myself, I'd still love to have a date, terrified though I'd be at first. A person who makes me smile, and who hopefully would be at least moderately amused by me in return, is all I (or anyone, I think) could ask for. Oh, I don't know. If it was summer I might say a picnic, complete with a covered basket with baguettes and a wine bottle sticking out. Or else, tennis: I'm like the new McEnroe (not really. Actually, I haven't been on a court with a fence high enough to keep me from smacking the ball over it every other shot.) As it is, did I mention I like museums? I expected to fall asleep but ended up enjoying myself a lot. Just sitting in the audience before the curtain came up and looking at all the people was memorable.
