I am an active guy who is financially stable. My interests are quite varied and probably not one would expect given my profession. I’ve played numerous sports but at present I hike, run, swim, cycle do yoga and try to keep my activities “real”. I recently gave up my gym membership which was long overdue. I love to travel and plan most of my vacations around kiteboarding… which means sun, surf and sand. I’ve spent six weeks kiting this year in the tropics (so far) and last year was just shy of two months. I also ride a couple of days a week in the summer, usually in Squamish. I love my career and it gives me a very flexible schedule with lots of time off. My other big passion is music and I play jazz with a couple of groups in town. There is no end to what one can learn when it comes to jazz and I love the improvisational aspect of the art. I’m not a music snob though. I do love many different genres of music such as Indie, R&B, rock… pretty much anything but country! I’m looking for a partner who is active and takes an interest in maintaining a healthy body and mind. I’m not at all into the bar scene and would not be well suited to someone who is. I’d much rather have a glass of wine and tapas at a local social house. I like a woman who is as comfortable going for a morning coffee in sweats and a pony tail as she is dressing up for an evening out. I spend a lot of time hiking, fishing, camping etc. so it would be nice to meet someone who has at least some appreciation for the outdoors. I might come across as a bit serious at first but those who know me know that I’m easy going and that I also have a bit of sarcastic playful side. I no I need to update this so sorry. Well I was raised by a single mom "; who I just lost ***to cancer. I miss her! But sense it was her wish to find a wonderful women 4 me hints last yr 4 christmas she got me a meetville acct. Lol true story. OK so... I know how 2 treat a lady with respect & playing games is for family fun night! So before you read any farther please put your sense of humor hat on! I am a HOPEFULL romantic not hopeless! Also I've never been married and dont have kids. I can be a big kid at times I enjoy laughter & smiling, I'm a very independent person so I am not looking 4 a maid/mother. I'm looking 4 a friend/ companion! I would like someone 2 laugh & play with, just enjoy life with "smile if you will". As for now, I live 1 hr from a city. Things are different out here and I like it, Humbling & People aren't in such a hurry to do things. Its making me learn to slow down, which includes my driving. I enjoy all types of camping. 1.Beach, blanket & campfire 2.River-bank,tent & bug spray 3.Weekend road trip hotel, roomservice & buy new everything. I also enjoy cooking. Yes, I very much love to cook, but I'm not a big fan of the clean-up.lol However I think it should be ***cook the other clean or vise versa. So if 1 does laundry the other folds.***, give/take, good with the bad. I know the saying, nice guys finish last, but a real winner is worth the wait. I'd be willing 2 share my heart with the right lady. You only get what you put in. So to sum it up, I've got some wonderful things about me and some not so wonderful. Yes I know its a "Burger-King" world but, you can't always have it your way. I also believe in "dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today" Its called Going & Coming. However they are on my chest, stomach & back all can be covered with my shirt so you're not able to see them!
