Stream of consciousness description: I am an active single mom who owns her own business…. I love reading, writing, walking/hiking, drinking good coffee and eating good chocolate. My family (especially my daughter), friends, and animals are of great importance to me. I like to laugh, nap, watch good movies, volunteer for good causes, listen to good music, eat chinese/thai/italian or plain ol' diner food.-in-the-wall shops there, then an afternoon nap (hey, I am a single mom, sleep is valuable!) and then maybe a great movie at the theater or at home on DVD (as long as popcorn is included, the venue doesn't matter). It's a romantic place, too.;romantic" to me. I have a penchant for bookstores, coffee houses, record stores, parks (neighborhood and National), the tops of muffins, dark chocolate, popcorn with real butter, melted cheese on pretty much anything, kids, dogs, cats, (most animals)... One of my favorite places on earth is The Olympic Rain Forest. I love reading a good book curled up in bed with a mug of peppermint tea (if it's raining, well, that's even better). I just have to one of these days... I am a country and a city girl. Love wide open spaces and room to roam, but also love the cultural and academic and sensory offerings of a city: the color; the noise and the people. I would love, however, to live by water some day (the ocean, a lake or a river).Qualities I appreciate in a man: tender; good sense of humor (and ease of laughter); intelligent; kind; articulate; loving; sensuous; independent; honest; hard-working; brave; patient; open-minded; loves kids, animals and his family; loyal; generous-spirit; loving;...I don't need to be "rescued," but would welcome a loving partner to go through life with. ..I am bad about to writing about myself especially when its in this context.I would say I'm a gal who is somewhat old fashion when it comes to certain things. We all have are roles of masculine/feminine energy that are very important in attraction. I love doors opened for me and treated like a lady at all times. I also believe a man should be treated with respect and honesty. I love men who are very masculine and appreciate the differences. I too would like to be treated that way.
