About Me

I am a 37 year old woman who never thought I'd be starting all over again in the dating scene! But, life is what it is so here I am :) I recently went back to college and graduated with a bachelor of social work degree. I also just started a new job in June. I have a 6 yr old who keeps me on my toes as well...he is my world and I wouldn't have it any other way. I enjoy settling down with a good book, listening to music, taking long walks, going to the movies...I am open minded to trying new things as well. I am not looking for games or any of the so called "players" I hear so much about. If you have ex wife/girlfriend drama or emtional attachment issues, please just pass me by...I avoid drama at all costs and have no tolerance for it. I am looking for a man who is willing and able to be MY best friend, lover, and soulmate, not a man who is still hung up on his ex and living in the past.     Tired of being the single girl. On a date site is not where I expected to be but busy working and raising my son full time at the moment.     I guess first off I should say Im a mom, I love that aspect of my life.... I think that a person is sooo much more than how they look, so its nice to be matched with someone whom i hopefully will b compatible with... But also has things he enjoys doing on his own ..... i respect that we need to do somethings on our own... I just really value family time,and hope to find someone who does too... My children have a father so Im not looking for that, but I am looking for someone who will WANT to b involved with them..... I love to travel and hope that might b something we could do together.. Fla, is one of my favorite places.. I love the beach though, any beach..lol OK WELL THANKS FOR CHECKING ME OUT AND I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON, IF NOT GOOD LUCK IN FINDING LOVE I would love to walk on the beach and do something like that but given the fact that I live in the mountains that's not realistic ....
