Woman. 44 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.
Looking for: man. In age: 41-51
I am honest, old fashioned and down-to-earth. I like working out -- yes really, hiking, shooting, spending time outside, traveling, spending time with friends hanging out, reading, and cooking. I enjoy watching football and soccer over all other sports, but admit I don't know all the rules. I would love to learn to play golf, but so far have not found the time. I am a proud parent of two teenagers that spend most of their time with me. I am busy, but would love to find someone I am comfortable spending time with sharing experiences and adventures. It would be wonderful if that friendship and connection grew into something more, but that takes time as does building trust. I have strong family values. So if you just want to send shocking pictures or language, please move on to someone else. If you would like to know more, just ask. Meet at a public place with music but not so loud we can't talk. Maybe a drink, maybe coffee. But definitely conversation. What about shooting a game of pool or darts? Roller skating? you suggest something...

Well, I had this filled out all nice and pretty on my Iphone, but apparently, if you swipe the wrong way, it just erases everything you spent the last hour on FOREVER.... (sigh) Hi! I'm trying this again to see if I have better luck. I'm a farmer's daughter and I love living in the country. I work in downtown St. Louis Monday through Friday, but I really enjoy coming home to the peace/quiet and fresh air. I'm the oldest of three kids (I'm the only girl) and I can be a tomboy. I can get cleaned up really nice but feel most comfortable in a pair of jeans and my hair in a ponytail. I can (and do) cuss like a sailor (mostly when aggravated) but I have a big heart and would do anything for my family and closest friends. I have a soft spot for animals... cats especially. I love dogs too, but my cat is my baby and she runs the house. :-) I love to cook when time allows for it. I work a lot of hours in the legal industry and unfortunately sometimes it's just cereal for supper. But when I do get to cook, my brother is my biggest fan when it comes feeding time. LOL I'm fortunate to have such a tight-knit family. We are protective of each other and love to laugh. Apparently, being a chronic smart ass is hereditary and the laughter is contagious. Having a sense of humor is big for me. Common sense is another trait that seems to be lacking nowadays... I don't have any kids of my own but I am the "Crazy Aunt T" to my niece and nephews. I would love to have my own kids someday. The bar scene is getting old and I'm looking for new ways to meet people. But I guess if it was easy, everybody could do it, right? In my downtime from work, I like to read (it helps to put me to sleep... until I drop the book on my face, then I can read a few more chapters...LOL) I also love shopping, antiquing, wineries, road trips, sight seeing, flea markets (People of Walmart has NOTHING on what you can see at flea markets), sending care packages to the military, stargazing, all kinds of music except rap (although I can handle Eminem when driving home from work some days), getting dirty in the garden or whatever new landscaping idea my mom comes up with, driving the field roads with dad, playing dress up with my niece or geek games with my nephews, I prefer the mountains over the beaches, and prefer fall weather/snow over ***degrees. However, I cannot swim, ski or skate, but I can make one heck of a snow angel followed by hot chocolate and snuggling by the fireplace. I'm not interested in one night stands, head games, sexting, or FWBs, so if that's what you're wanting, I'm sorry. I'm looking for a man between the ages of 37 and 42.

Starting over again. I would like to say I'm ready for a long term again but I'm not-yet. I will be at some point because I don't want casual so if you've got patience...... I'm quiet and reserved at first, so I've been told. I want to learn to dance and go out but wouldn't do the bar scene by myself. I like old fashioned and gentlemanly manners, hand on the small of my back as you open doors for me, holding hands as we walk, actually listen to me, compassion that shows and a ready smile. I'm witty when it suits the situation and serious when it calls for it and would like the same in you. I enjoy being outside the most, camping or hiking, riding my Harley or horses, or just sitting watching the wind blow. Recently learned to bait cast so I'd like to polish up on my fishing. Most often my hands are dirty from digging in the yard or cleaning my bike- no fake fingernails or polish here, a few gray hairs I don't ever color cause I've earned every one. So if you're looking for a real foo foo girly girl I'm not it, keep searching.(But I do clean up pretty well too) I know how to change my own flat tire, pump my own gas, use power tools that, by the way are NOT pink, and my own plumbing. I'm a great mom, I do all the old fashioned womanly arts of sewing, cooking, cleaning, etc. Not looking for a father figure or another kid to raise. I need someone I can hold a conversation with on just about anything or sit quietly with. I enjoy most types of music. Although head banger music tends to make me want to bang my head. Rap is probably out of the question too, now that I think about it. When I like a song, I'll turn it way up and sing off key while I cook. When I like a song, I'll turn it just right, hold you close and sing softly in your ear. A first date could be anything. An impromptu picnic in a park to people watch. The good old standby- dinner or an early lunch in case we don't hit it off lolSome light hearted conversation over a double dip ice cream at Braum's. Live music, a local flea market & street tacos. Pretty much open to just about anything. Stole this from another guy's profile cause it is soooooo good- an old graveyard! Love the idea
