Hello there thanks for stopping by!! I am looking to meet someone who loves to laugh and have fun but guess that pretty much describes everyone, I hope, but I'm looking for that special someone. I don't "need" someone I "want" to be with someone, there is s difference. I'm a professional, not materialistic but realistic, independent, educated woman who has her act together and loves life but the only thing I'm missing is someone to share those good times with. I'm funny, sarcastic, confidant & secure in myself, silly and kind to a fault so Ive been told but I'm also very straightforward. Honesty and a sarcastic sense of humor is mandatory.I don't have any hobbies like building little ships and putting them in bottles or macrame thank god but I do love my job, the Ravens, playing with my dogs (3 of them), spending time with my family and friends, cooking, intelligent conversation and traveling whenever wherever I can. My musical tastes are pretty much classic rock and top 40 but no rap its pretty much torture to my ears and I cant understand ***of what they are saying lol. I can wear my baseball cap and flip flops to work which is heaven, and yes I manage a company lol, but also love to dress up and put the heels on every once in awhile. But, I'm not much of a bar person so if I do go to a bar Id rather have a view of the water than a sea full of people.So, let me see, what makes me unique, well I'm me and you'll never meet another me so there you go nuff said lol. Also, I have quite a few tattoos ***and plan to get more but it does not matter to me if you have them or you don't its a personal choice. Hi, so, OK I am looking to meet someone new. Lets get together and talk a bit, have a drink or coffee and see where it goes from there. I am educated, self sufficient and have a good job that I love. I am looking for the same in a partner. I am not overly enthusiastic about the online dating thing. But there arent a whole lot of other options these days.OK time for the babble..- just as much as finding a great little local place; wineries and wine bars; trying a great new recipe or ordering in a pizza and a salad. I am not opposed to catching a band at a local pub. However, the bar/club scene is not my thing.I am not a big TV person, although I have been known in the past to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon watching Law and Order marathons. Not a fan of reality TV. However, I am often content spending a Friday night after a long work week on the couch watching a movie and cuddling with a nice bottle of wine... I am not a big sports fan, but have enjoyed the last season or two watching football and would love to find a guy that likes the game, but will also enjoy spending time with me in the kitchen during the commercials creating something fun to eat while teaching me more about the game. Its all about the compromise..Dogs, not cats. I am informed, but have no desire to debate politics or religion, I can agree to disagree. I love music, but I rarely get around to updating my iPod and often play the same songs over and over again. I have always wanted to be a part of playing a game of softball on the weekend, but be warned, I was always the one chosen next to last when choosing teams in grammar school, but hey, if you choose me, I will happily pack us a picnic lunch and a thermos of hot coffee...I do not do drama. If we go out a few times and it doesn't work out, at the very least I have put myself out there and have made a potential new friend. The last few years I have not really known what it was I am looking for in a relationship, and I am still not sure. It would be really nice to be with someone who wanted to be stuck in the house with me for the weekend when there is a hurricane coming. Or just coming over on a random Tuesday night, well, just because you want to see me. Chances are, I am looking forward to seeing you too.. Maybe there is someone out there that is capable balancing all of the important things in their life and maybe one of those things can be me. I have known great joy in my life and profound sadness as well. I say this because it has made me who I am today. I am flawed, and therefore understanding. I can be sarcastic, but never caustic. I am kind, but not weak. I am shy, as well as playful. I love to be silly and laugh. As far as I am concerned, laughter is lifes greatest aphrodisiac. Being comfortable enough with someone that I can let my hair down and sing bad karaoke with is an aspiration of mine. I like to talk about going to the gym but consider it a successful month if I make it there 3 times a month. Your welcome NYSC. It makes me happy that my puppies won't leave my side during a thunderstorm. Dogs love you unconditionally. Oh, and I recycle.
