I don't do "relationships" just to avoid being alone. I have fabulous friends, family & casual dates who fill that void. My friends, guys and girls, come from all walks of life--all ages, cultures, races, lifestyles. In my opinion, those things don't determine the person. Hate in any form won't be a part of my life. I am content with me; I don't find my happiness in men. I will happily give great effort when there is potential, but I won't be there by myself...not for long anyway. I'm not rushing toward a relationship; I'm just willing to be open to the possibilities.... I enjoy first dates that allow good talk time...over drinks or dinner. Not too loud, not too quiet...just relaxed conversation. I'm a pretty simple girl.Going on a "date" appears to be a lost art. While I like nice things, I especially like things that feel comfortable, not forced. It's NOT about money; it's all about effort.

I have a career that has taken me all over the US and around the world. I am surrounded by mostly man despite the fact that I am a nurse (I can explain if you would like to ask). With that being said, I am quick witted and I like to kid around. I can be serious as well. I know enough about sports to be entertained, but I prefer to see the game live but I can enjoy the game at a bar or at home. I LOVE microbrew beer (Yes, I am a beer snob) and a good Red Wine! I work-out 3 days a week and prefer to work-out 4 to 5 days a week if my schedule permits. I have ran two half-marathons and would love to run another when my schedule will accommodate the training. I am 5'3....with that being said I WILL NEVER BE A SUPERMODEL....obviously.....and I have CURVES!!! So if you don't like curves keep fishing.....;-)!I tend to be restless, constantly on the go, but there are times when I just like to kick-back. I am settled and financially secure. . . . I am kind, diplomatic, loyal, trustworthy, reliable, analytical and opinionated. I am independent but far from being a feminist. Buried deep inside I am a hopeless romantic, but it takes a strong trusting person to bring that quality out. Could you be the one to bring it out??? And I am old school with communication...once we start talking I prefer the telephone over texting!I enjoy sightseeing and taking in all the local area has to offer. I enjoy live music and dancing.
