I love to try new things and thrive when I’m challenged both intellectually and physically. I work hard and play hard and would like to meet someone to share the adventure.I’ve traveled to various countries and like to explore new places as often as I can. I like to keep things balanced, and tend to enjoy a wide spectrum of activities. Some outdoor activities include: taking my dog for walk/hike etc, golfing, hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, etc. I am willing to try any sport as long as it is NOT completely life threatening. The other end of the spectrum involves attending the theatre and other performances, art galleries, museums...I'm a bit of a foodie and love to go to the wine country and discover new places. Cooking is my passion, but I’m not so passionate about doing the dishes...     I grew up boating and fishing although I have done either for a few years. I enjoy camping and walking in the woods. I am not a girly girl and don't mind getting dirty or chasing bugs and snakes. I volunteer at a nature preserve where I teach children and adults about insects and have helped with habitat restoration. I enjoy both camping and nice hotel rooms but my favorite place to stay are Hostels because I meet so many interesting people.I am also taking yoga for over two years and Systema (points if you know what it is) for over a year. I like sometime casual were we can talk and learn about each other.
