I'm sure after reading my headline, you can see that I have a deep admiration for heavy metal music! On a serious note, I do love listening to live music. The genre really doesn't matter. I believe that listening to live music, seeing plays and other live performances enhances who we are and gives us an appreciation for the talent residing in our fellow man. I also enjoy cooking! I am a bit of a foodie...I tend to like the more exotic types of food, but really nothing gross...haha. That is definitely an activity that is more enjoyable with someone sitting across from you with some great music in the background. I enjoy traveling and being outdoors; the activity is definitely secondary. I enjoy reading, and I am an avid movie goer also.Naturally I am looking for someone who shares these interests, however I am completely open to new things and meeting great people. For me conversation is the key! The ideal first date involves great conversation at a place with really cool atmosphere. It doesn't necessarily have to involve dinner. I am slightly cautious and not looking to get married over night. I am a one woman man. I am loyal to a fault, and honest. If I say it I mean it, and I keep my promises. I am a mix of country and geek. I like sci-fi movies, PS3 gaming, working on/repairing computers, etc. I prefer to be outdoors though. I listen to a lot of country music, but enjoy a variety of genres. I mostly listen to country when working in the yard, or riding dirt road trails, but in the gym I have the ipod tuned to NIN, Tool, White Zombie, A7X, etc. The 80's hair bands get a lot of attention on the Ipod too. Hip-hop you can forget....don't care if you listen to it, but it will not be played in my ride.While still a country boy at heart I am career oriented. I don't just have a job: it is a career. It is somewhat competitive, and very goal driven. It actually says something about my character: I don't give up and when given a task I will do what ever it takes to make it happen. I work a strange schedule of Sat, Sun, Mon, and sometimes on Tues. It can be very stressful, and most people can't accept that I am out of the loop during the weekend. I work 13 to 15 hour days, but generally have four days off a week. I have no choice in the matter to stay employed, and I have too much invested in this company to just find something else.
