I treat people with courtesy and respect and expect it in return. I like to be around friends and family as much as I can...these people mean the world to me! I have a strong work ethic, work hard, and sometimes a lot...unfortunately life doesn't pay for itself nor do the festivities come cheap! I can take care of myself, manage my money, pay my bills, and don't live beyond my means. I have my sh*t together and my priorities in line. I am a hard working man, but I like to play even harder! I want to experience as much of life as I can before settling down and having a family of my own someday soon.Love playing/watching sports, being outdoors, listening to live music, going to concerts, bar-b-queing and traveling! I love to fish when I get the chance. I didn't grow up hunting, but will if giving the opportunity. I also know my way around firearms and like to shoot. Can you say Hook'em Horns!?! Cause I love watching college football! I like to go out with friends for drinks and dancing from time to time, but a home cooked meal, a good movie, and someone to cuddle up with can easily subside my desire to go out! I am honest, quick witted, and have a sarcastic sense of humor. Sarcasm is my second language. I am blunt, honest, straight forward, & I was not equipped with a buffer to prevent me from saying what's on my mind!I do like to work out and exercise! I just wish I had time to do it more often. I watch what I eat and try not to over do it, but I do like food. I try to maintain a healthier lifestyle, I drink on the weekends in moderation and try not to over do it. Let's face it I'm not a teenager and don't bounce back as quickly. I know I'm far from a GQ model but I'm not fat ass either. Just a tall country boy with natural muscles. FYI music is one of my escapes away from the mundane!; roll with some honky tonk in the mix. Funny how I can jump in my truck, turn the radio up, and take ride to no where and clear my head with ease just listening to great music!; Seether( I also like 80's music) I will have it up loud and singing along! It's my form of therapy...foot on the gas and hand on the radio!If your interested in knowing more, just ask! Happy Fishing!P.S. Life's entirely too short to waste time on those unworthy of it! So I have absolutely no time for liars, cheats, b*tches & fakes. Drama Queens or Divas need not apply either! I am who I am, so don't try to change me! I like to keep it simple and get to know you on a first date...dinner, dancing, maybe drinks...just something fun and interactive...how else are we supposed to get to know one another. Second dates are where we can do something spontaneous and exciting...comedy show, concert, amusement park, paint balling, or even a cruise to the beach!

If you can't laugh at yourself, then you can't laugh at anyone else. I have a self deprecating sense of humor and don't take myself too seriously. I like to spend time with my friends and family. I'd rather go out and people watch than be the one being watched. That's not to say I haven't been the center of attention. Repeat after me "I've been thrown out of way nicer places than this!".I don't have any duck face, pose off, self shot photos in the bathroom mirror. I will put up some pictures of me having a good time at a party with my family like a normal person. Maybe something from a vacation with my friends that doesn't involve glow sticks and sunglasses at night.When the weather is nice I like to get outdoors and golf, run, or even mow the lawn. I'd rather be outside doing something on a beautiful day. If its a nice night I'd rather sit outside in the beer garden with a drink and enjoy the night. When the weather turns and its cold and miserable outside I can stay inside and zone out in front of the tv, or sit inside the bar and put $7 worth of Hoobastank on the jukebox. I don't listen to country music but I've still been to a few country bars. I can't pick out any country songs so if that's what you want to hear I'll pay, you play. If there is Nickelback playing we will bump that off for our songs.Here's that part where I talk about my job. I'm a police officer (it's ok, you can call me a cop). I love what I do, but I am not defined by my job. It's what I do for a living, it is not what I live to do. I love that I get to work outside on the summer days and nights while the rest of the working world is sitting inside under the warming glow of the fluorescent lights. In the winter, not so much. All that stuff you see on tv or in movies, the car chases, gun fights, undercover stings. Yep it's pretty much like that.Its about time to wrap this up.-Laughing at others, good-Laughing at yourself, even better-Playing golf, running, or taking a long walk off a short pier on a beautiful day will always be better than watching it on tv.-The opposite is true when the weather gets bad.-I love dogs (I had to fit this in somewhere)-I enjoy good music. Nickelback is not good, or music,-Every day at work is like a new "Lethal Weapon" movie, or episode of "CSI".-Sorry my schedule sucks, I'm not lying if I say I have to leave soon because I start work at 11pm on a Friday night, or 7am on a Sunday morning.Wow, I'm sure hope I can go back and edit this and thin it out.... The first date can be going for drinks, coffee, dinner and seeing if we can stand each other. After that we can try to impress each other with fancy dinners, long walks by the beach, short walks by the beach, and other beach related activities.
