I enjoy outdoor activities. I feel that my soul gets rejuvenated by the beauty of nature, especially in the mountains. I enjoy traveling. I've been to 48 states but not overseas.Last year I starting running races and I love it! I'm not very fast but the adrenalin rush is addicting. I even ran the Mud Mayhem 5k. It was a blast. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and getting the most out of life. I have signed up for a half- Which scares me! Ha! The only time I am worried about is the maximum time allowed.My children are over 18 and on their own. I did a little gardening last summer for the first time and have a small one again this year. I am growing some herbs too which add so much flavor to my cooking. I am a Rock and Roll girl. I enjoy live music too. Recently saw Rush, Nickelback, Styx and Def Leppard in concert. I have become friends with a country station DJ and so I have been listening to her. My friends laugh at me because I never listened to country before this. A younger co-worker had to tell me it is no longer County and Western. Lol!I am looking for a man to share my life and I share his. I like being adventurous and will move out of my comfort zone to try something new. I am a real woman who doesn't cheat in relationships or date around. I prefer to be alone than with the wrong man. My friends will tell you I am a good listener. I am not looking for the perfect man because I am not the perfect woman.I am experiencing some furlough days from my full-time job so I am working to start a radon measurement business to help supplement my lost wages. A first date depends on time of year and how much we have talked prior to the date. I would prefer a first date where we could do something and have time to talk and see if there is a spark.Bowling or putt-putt golf sounds fun.

I spend a lot of time outdoors in all the seasons. I live in an area that has lakes, rivers, mountains, pretty much everything I enjoy, except the ocean which I love, too.! I love to read, photography, the theater, art galleries, auctions, yard sales, car shows, antique shops, gardening, my ***house that always requires some repair project, climbing mountains, kayaking..... I am interested in a man to enjoy meals, walks, talks ... a man who loves to laugh, who is friendly, enjoys communicating, doesn't mind being spontaneous (ice cream for dinner?), enjoys the outdoors and won't miss the TV.I am moving toward a more "Simple" lifestyle... clearing out unused/unneeded "stuff"...***I want to see them!!)... giving more of my stuff and my time...we had a much simpler Christmas and it feels so good to not stress over what and how much to get people..... It was one of the best ones ever..!..... .I try to reduce, recycle and reuse and find I can get by w/so much less... Incredible garden this year... I picked 4 gallons of blackberries, have zucchini, tomato and summer squash frozen for winter use... It was a great summer... oh, yeah.... picking the corn on the cob this week!
