I am a friendly, easy going guy who enjoys spending time with family and having a laugh with friends. I have two beautiful daughters who are 21 and 30 and a gorgeous 24 year old son who is severely autistic and mentally disabled. I also have 5 wonderful grandchildren, all of which belong to my eldest daughter and range from 3 months old to 10 years old. My hobbies include watching my favourite sports on television, listening to music and popping out now and again to pubs and restaurants with family/friends. Occasionally I like to venture out to the cinema and I also enjoy watching my youngest daughter perform in shows and singing competitions. I currently work as a security officer which I have been doing for ***years, static and retail.In terms of meeting people and dating, I prefer to go to a nice quiet pub rather than go to a night club. I am hoping to find someone to settle down with, who has a good sense of humour and to spend quality time with.Please require a photo or photos as I would prefer to be able to see the person I'm speaking to. I like the usual stuff such as Cars, Holidays, seeing places, meeting people, and like the odd sports thrown in. What I've found is that if you listen to the other person and take on board what kind of things they like, it shows a keen interest in that person which is appreciated. I class myself as a key player in most things that I do, and I make sure that I am a worthy contender for any womans heart, as I know that the competition is fierce. I want to see more of the world, not just places, but wish to experience many of the cultured and finer things in life. I like different foods from around the world and I have travelled to Northern Africa, the middle East, and Central Europe but I want to travel a lot more and would like to share these new experiences with someone. I take good care of myself and always try to look my very best at all times. I have a great sense of humour (I must have to be on here) and I love traditional comedy, and tell the odd joke of my own as I'm a great believer in laughter being the best source of medicine. I have a great deal of worthy qualities and my friends will tell you that I am well liked in the circles in which I operate. I have a very broad taste in music where there is little I don't like, on the proviso that some talent has gone into making it, which makes it appealing. I can also, and I like to cook (and I don't just mean fish & chips) and my latest experiment is tinkering with Risotto rice, as I'm trying to perfect a particular dish.
