and remember to let him into your heart ,then u can start to make it better"the secret to getting in life what u want ,is deciding exactly wut it is that u want".most of us lose sight of what we want,i miss being in love,...THAT'S WHAT I WANT..........so the choice is yours u just need to decideWILL THE STARS BE BRIGHTER ON THE NIGHT WE MEET ,WILL THE BLOSSOMS BE SWEETER IN THE TREES ?i'm a little countryand a little rock and roll I STILL HAVN'T FOUND WUT I'M LOOKING FORyup ,i'm back, engaged for a year ,then single a year, then in relationship a year,turns out true love is a liar ,now single again *** am very healthy and in real good shape and i think youngso you need to be pretty fast to keep up ,or to lead as a dance *** told me "lead , follow or get the hell out of the way" life is all about priorities, most of them are imposed on us and we are held hostage most of our lives . u know the saying born to fish, forced to work my main priority is to have a full and enjoyable life and in order to attain true happiness i believe you need a life partner that you can share life's ups and downs withi believe priorities need to be given a high priority without someone to steer the ship ,it tends to go aimlessly ,and altho u generally get to the points in your journey that u want to , mosttimes the timing is off and u get there too soon or too lateTIMING IS EVERYTHING and altho we all have well deserving priorites , in the hustle and bustle of everyday life , we tend to forget where we are going and whyi'm a one woman guy and i dont like game playing .that being said i plan to go slower this time around and be more careful with dating .don't want to hurt or be hurt again .HOWEVER ,just like oliver ,i want more . that being said , it seems the more times i get hurt the slower i get , and now it feels like i'm coming to a grinding stop, arggggi,m old enough to know better , still to young to care and JUST THE RIGHT AGE TO GET TO THE POINT AND UNDERSTAND THE TRUE PRIORITIES IN LIFENOT A COUCH POTATO ,my television goes unwatched for days at a time, although i do like occasional tv especially in the winter ,"criminal minds" is my fave . i'll watch sports but i'd rather take in live games .i really like movies ,but once i start one i have to watch it thru ,even if its shittyi live on an acreage and am mostly self employed there .i like the outdoors except when its windy "IF IT'S NOT WINDY ,IT'S A NICE DAY"is my motto.i also have a place at regina beach ,where i hope to eventually move/retire to . i spend a lot of time there throughout the year ,moreso tho in the summer .i love the water ,boating swimming fishing etc ...there's nothing better than a campfire with friends and family and hotdogs and cold dogs and marshmellows (and maybe a refreshment or 2 ,lol)i also have a timeshare at fairmont ,where we do a family holiday at least every second year .the hotsprings ,hiking ,skiing etc are great therei play league pool and compete in vegas and at the western canadian championships each year . i love travelling ,i've travelled the USA extensively and i've been to hawaii TWICE ,mexico ,jamaica ,and to CUBA***times)wow what a great place and good time ,my kinda place ,WHOOHOOmusic is my passion i've been to minnedosa a few times as well as craven and numerous other festivals and i take in a lot of concerts .moondance festival and sturgis bike week are on the slate for this year . havn't missed a craven yet altho country music is starting to get to me , i'm more rock & roll orientedbeen to sturgis last 6 years ,last year saw CREED and STP and wolfmother and disturbed and THE SCORPIONS & a few other bands. i ride a bright yellow '03 Road King that replaced my bright yellow '01 fsr cvo .i like bright colors which are really good on a motorcycle .kinda makes you stick out from the pavement which is what you'd be part of if you get hit lol . it kinda brings out my wildside , which i suppose is good because i'm normally fairly reserved. AND OH YA , I WILL NOT HOUND AND PURSUE YOU LIKE OTHER GUYS=if u don't reply to my initial *** ,i will not chase you . i'm too old to chase, and i view it as a respect thing . I KNOW THE MEANING OF "NO" AND I AM ONLY INTERESTED IN SOMEONE MATURE ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND ATTRACTION AND RESPONSE , NO GAMES PLEASE i am serious and will always give an honest and friendly reply . i view it as unfriendly and a snub to not reply the lady i am looking for will have to be progressive , and have a lust for life .i am a reasonable and flexible person and i would expect that of my partner . a lot of women (and men) stress their independence , and although that is a very good quality while you're single , i don't think that it should be stressed in a relationship . i feel that a sucessful relationship is a SHARING relationship . and that should include pretty much everything ,the good the bad ,the ups and downs ,...you get the messagei watched a movie recently , a sci-fi futuristc flic called "TERMINATOR:SALVATION" . the last line in the movie was " there is no fate but what we make ", i agreeYunno ,i spend a lotta time on here and i really do try to be considerate ,friendly and social .i take looking for a partner very seriously .however it seems that sum ladies (& i use the term loosely ) are on here it seems just to jerk guys around and play mind games,... Oh wow, how can I let you in on my 3-D, colorful, exciting world on this little 2-D black and white virtual sheet of paper? I'll give it a try...I'm a young at heart kind of guy who really tries to live each day to its fullest and get the most experiences I am able to. I'm in good health for my 58 years of life. My main exercise is walking. I'm very open-minded in all areas of life and even if I don't agree with someone's beliefs I have respect for them and can be their friend. Diversity is what makes life interesting and keeps it going. I am a firm believer in evolution, although I do believe in a higher power and that there is purpose to this madness we call life. I am a Seeker in the religious since. I refer to myself as a Free Thinker when it comes to religion or politics. I do not believe one has to go to church to have a relationship with God. However I do go once in awhile to play hand bells or trombone. I love Sci-fi, Adventure, Horror, Fantasy...well you get the idea. I am a self-admitted Sci-fi Geek! I also love many other types of movies. I used to read a lot of fiction but I don't read much anymore. I like my stories on the video screen. I like going to live theater and musicals. Museums are cool! I am also an amateur musician and play euphonium or trombone (which ever is needed, I'm a team player) in a community band. It is a very big part of my life. I'm a band Geek too! I like going to places like Scarborough Faire. And I like pirates! I also volunteer usher for a local theater, live productions not movie. I love my free time. While I do enjoy my job it is, well, my job. I am not a workaholic. I work full time to earn the money I need for doing the things I like. I am not rich monetarily but am wealthy with life. I am financially stable and would hope the person I meet is also financially stable. I believe it is import to pay your debts. I'm also a neat person and don't like a messy atmosphere. I like to keep things tidy (like Joxer the Mighty, from Xena).I don't get to travel much as I really don't have the funds and with the band and theater stuff I do sometimes it's hard to schedule a trip. I love all animals but I’m mainly a dog person. I have a 14 year-old Yorkie. He goes to work with me and everywhere else that I can take him. He's my 4-legged kid. I have many friends including girl 'friends' but not a Girlfriend. I am not into casual sex. I am looking for that special someone to compliment my life and share the things I enjoy. I would like to meet someone to develop a deep friendship with, whom shares my core values, who would listen to all my crazy ideas about life and not think I'm crazy. I like to ask "What if?" And yes I do believe that intelligent life is out there in the galaxy somewhere. I like to live each day as it comes and don't worry too much about the future as things are always changing. One can only plan to a certain extent.Some see the world in black and white. Others see it in many shades of gray with a few different possibilities of what can be. I see a world full of color with infinite possibilities.I like all types of music. One of my favorite artists is Enya. I even go to the Opera once in awhile. I listen to Jazz, New Age, Classic Rock or Classical at work. I like a lot of the 80's Pop and Rock bands. David Bowie is awesome. I don't really do the dancing thing. It's kind of hard to put down in writing all the things I am and all the ideas I have. Just say I'm a positive, open minded, kind hearted, caring guy who has lots of good friends but really wants a special person to share the deep intimacies of life with. I like a lot of things and am willing to try different experiences.One thing you must know about me upfront is that I am an FTM Transman, that's a Transgender female to male. If you want more info just ask me and I'll fill you in. I have no qualms about who I am. If you are curious I'm pretty open about talking about it. I do not want to be anybody's fetish. Please do not judge me before you get to know me.What I'm looking for in a potential romantic relationship is someone to share my love of sci-fi, community band, and theater with. I don't want to limit my possibilities but please NO smoking. NO drugs. Please be in relatively good health, a few pounds overweight is ok. If you are Green (as in 'save the planet', not like a Martian, well ok if you an Orian -Star Trek reference- that will be just fine, LOL!) all the better. I'm not perfect in this area but I try the best I can. You MUST be single! I am single and I have no romantic or legal ties to anyone. I would never date a married/separated person or someone in a relationship. No games, please. The only games I play are video games (love my PS3). Oh and one more thing: Mac or PC? If you go to a movie or play or event it's hard to really talk to the person with the crowds, noise, and other distractions. I believe it's important to really get to know someone before you jump into any kind of relationship with them.
