I will be honest about my age. My photos are very recent. I'll be 71 in August. I'm in good physical condition at my age...and don't think I look old. I would like to date, but have been single for a long time, and have gotten to like it this way.But, it would be nice to go out for dinner once in a while and do other things couples do. I stay in a lot writing Google & Bing ads for an online company located in San Francisco. I've been with them for over 2 yrs now and enjoy writing for them. I'm also have a copywriting business, but it's not thriving right now. I love to write...especially short copy. I also do proofreading & editing.Having been raised playing softball and a lot of other different sports...I enjoy going to watch ball games, I'm a little better than average at ping pong. I love the outdoors whether it's a picnic or a little hiking. I used to go bike riding with someone...but don't have a bike anymore.I'm not feeling "old" yet...and don't look "old" (yet). I want to enjoy life while I'm able to. Love traveling and seeing what's out there...especially the "wild west." When I was married our family camped out in primitive areas..the mountains (Maroon Bells) outside of Aspen was the most beautiful view...and made camping more special. I still don't regret it- it is an honest, challenging and rewarding job but I'm far from home to work. I don't think I'm a typical girl- I love to discuss crazy travel stories/crazy stories in general/politics/business/world economy/education/meaning of life/etc. I have seen way too much to be "turned on" by endless discussions about home renovation. I like interesting and funny people - boring need not apply. Musicians are always sexy and a high intelligence is sexy too. Honesty and humour are probably the most important qualities for me in a person. I don't like arrogance and I'm not into materialism. I love dogs, cats, and birds. I read as much as I can. I try to be active and I love to swim, snorkel and dive. I like rock music but try to listen to jazz and a variety of music because like reading, I think it is good for your brain. I love to learn. I like kids but I think I am getting too old now to have my own. I have travelled a lot and I am always game to see more... it is the best way to learn....Hoping to hear from you.....Coffee, tea, beer, somewhere quiet to talk and get to know each other.
