Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Leo.
Looking for: man. In age: 45-65
I was a single mom for about 17yrs. I've done a pretty good job of rearing four great kids, three girls and one boy. I have six precious grandkids too. My family is important to me, not only my children but also my Mom and siblings (I have one sis and 3bros.) We are all very close-knit, and they are my life line. (I couldn't have survived without them) My kids are all grown now and I find myself wanting to get out and about, but movies, dinner, concerts are better when you are not alone. I enjoy walks in the outdoors (who doesn't?), browsing flea markets and antique shops. I've been camping on the beach, and I enjoy the mountains as well.I tend my little flower gardens and window boxes. I enjoy a quite afternoon fishing, as long as someone baits the hook for me. I like to listen to most types of music, love outdoor concerts and events. My favorite movies are comedies, the classic ones best . I watch tv or read when I'm at home. I own my home and I'm always doing this and that to it. That just about sums it up...I'm not very adventuresome but I will try new things. ( as long as they're non-high risk). I've never played golf or tennis, rode a horse, or planted a vegetable garden. I'm sure there are other things I've not done, that I'd like to learn. Thanks for getting to know about me...ARE YOU STILL AWAKE?!!On our first date we could meet for coffee and get to know each other a little. Coffee doesn't cost much so if we find we're not a match, then we've not lost much time or money invested. We can sit across from each other, and talk and look into each other eyes( they are the window to the soul, you know) I think that would be nice. I'm always open to suggestions.

Woman. 35 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 25-45
It's very difficult to know what will appeal to people here, but here goes:I love books, and cats, and happy things. I get randomly excited which often gets me strange looks. I like Disney movies, and musicals, and happy endings. I try to look at things with a childish enthusiasm. When I am forced by the reality of life to face unhappy things, I may falter, but I always get right back up again and keep going. I love to think, and dream, and talk, and listen (I am a good listener, I've been told). I enjoy shopping, and music and movies, and friends. I love a good oxy-moron, but I loathe the saying 'same difference.'I am a little sarcastic. Well...maybe more than a little. Sardonic, too. My favorite artists are Tori Amos, Stevie Nicks, and Madonna.(earlier work)I collect fairies....faeries?...and books. I have over ***. Ok....so, that's me.Here's a bit about what I am looking for in a man:I want a (singular) man. Period. I want someone to share happy moments with. I want a shoulder to cry on and someone who will also depend on my shoulders should he need to lean there. I want a soul mate, a partner, my best friend. Right now, I'd just like to get to know a nice, intelligent, quirky but genuine guy as friends, and then see how things progress. I'd love to hear from you, in any case. This was perhaps the most 'real' profile I've ever completed.I'm flexible. It would be nice to go somewhere where we could talk and get to know one another.

Woman. 62 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 52-72
I live with my sons and pets. My boys are the most important people in my life and I would do anything for them. I spend a lot of time with our pets. I enjoy animals very much, I am semi-retired for about two years now. Working 8 to 12 monday through Friday. Love the hours. I enjoy all kind of music except rap and would rather listen to music then watch tv. When I do watch tv it is usually a baseball game or other sports event. I have been told that I am a very giving person. I have a hard time saying no when I am asked for help. I am a good listener and only give advise when asked for it. I like things simple. Hate of argue but love to make up. Dressing up for an event or dinner is fun but I am more comfortable in jeans. Just want to find someone who will accept me as I am and like me for the person I am. My friends and family think I am great, I hope you do too.I am looking for an honest, caring man. I have met a few from this site that were not very honest in their profile or first encounter. This whole experience is hard enough without lies. I hope you see it the same way.I just want to say that it is hard enough for must women to make the first move, but even worse is when you do and you are *** if I send you a message and you are not interested, please just say so. It won't hurt my feeling and I will move on. Thank you.Our first date will not be long and drawn out. I would like to meet for coffee or a drink first. Short date first because If it is not what you or I want why should be suffer through a long date, spend money and never see each other again. It isn't fair to either of us. So coffee or a drink and conversation to see if we have anything in common and we like each others looks. There has to be some chemistry. What do you think....
