Hello....I'm glad you stopped by. I am hoping to be in the right place at the right time to meet the right fellow. I live in the rural neck of the woods. It's hard to find a good match in such a small pond. I am open-minded about life and other people's beliefs. I also believe in the golden rule....Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I appreciate all types of music like Blues, Jazz, Classic Rock, Country, that Big Band sound from an era long forgotten. Rap can be fun to dance to (actually, I kind of like Eminem). I also enjoy music from the 50's and 60's. Remember songs like, Wichita Lineman, Downtown, Cherish, If I Were a Carpenter, and I Say a Little Prayer for You? It's always better when you can do things with someone. Clubs, dinner, rides at the fair, and traveling would be fun. And, oh yes, horse back riding! I want to go so bad :) I also think it would be fun for someone to introduce some of their interests. It's being with the right person that makes the activity fun. One tends to feel a bit isolated up in these parts. I also like hanging out at home, watching TV, surfing the web (I think I'm addicted to Youtube), walks, cooking, or making a garden with someone special. I have done many different things in life. I used to play and sing in a band, worked with the elderly, worked with children, and developmentally challenged adults and children. I have worked in a restaurant/pub during the day (I hated working nights there). I am one math class away from an associates degree (I'm not much of a math girl). But over all I would consider myself a musician/singer more than anything else. Harmony has always come naturally to me. I'm not afraid of a microphone and a stage...well, I mean...I guess it can be a bit intimidating sometimes. There is a difference between a gentleman who is protective and a man who is possessive. That being said, I am not threatened by a more traditional type of relationship. I rather prefer it :) I would like to find my best friend and it turn into love or vice versa. Someone who makes me feel like I want to be a better person and who finds that in me as well. Someone who accepts this red head exactly the way I am. I am honest, loyal, giving, and an individual. I have a few very definite passions that include motocross, hockey, reading and first and foremost my FAMILY! My brothers and niece are my world! I have a 3 year old pitbull that is like my daughter and trust me I love her a lot more than most people! I have been battling crohns disease for 14 years now and will for the rest of my life, it's a part of me. I'm more of a staying in to watch a movie kind than going out clubbing but i like little pubs, shooting some pool and listening to some live music. Im a country girl through and through! I like going mudding and off roading. Rather spend some time out in the woods than shopping. I got plenty of ink***and am planning on getting more, and no i dont care what ill look like when im 70! Haha hopefully my grandkids will think im cool ;) In the last 6 months or so ive been going to the gym and discovered weight lifting.. Pretty accurate to say im obsessed! I feel so much better all around, inside and out since i started! *** well i have a couple of scenarios 1- A long drive with no specific destination, somewheres along some back country roads :) nothing but time to talk and get to know each other2- A Hockey game and dinner afterwards. You can learn alot about a person on how passionate they are about their hockey/sports team.And its good entertaiment and it helps you get rid of the "first date jitters". Afterwards at dinner you'll be more comfortable and be able to talk more about yourself, your interests and of course the game..
