I"m an easy-going person with varied interests. Some of my hobbies are hiking in the mountains, riding a bicycle, cooking and trying out new recipes, reading a book, visiting new restaurants, and scuba diving. I like to try new things, whether it's some type of dance, food, or activity. While I don't have a bucket list, if something new comes along I am willing to try it. Sometimes the unexpected leads to interesting stories and adventures to share with friends and family.I do want to find an interesting counterpart to have fun with on the weekends, either in town or out of town.     Life is meant to be shared, after ***years I have decided to make a huge change, I went from a job that I loved to work, but could not make a life outside of work. (Railroad) Thus, I have changed jobs still work a lot, but I have more of life. I am able to enjoy my rock hobby cutting, polishing, and occasionally seeking. Usually I take one big trip a year for ultimate relaxation, I do like the all inclusive resorts! Palace Resorts are my favorite! I plan to retire before 60 if I can make that happen, and I would like to live abroad at least for the winter months. I don't need a lot of STUFF, I would rather have experiences. The flip side of that coin is I do enjoy a good dinner, drink, or show. I am not a do it yourself person either, I prefer to hire a professional to get the job done right, and I will ask for directions if I need them. The food is good, you can get a drink if like, and if someone is having a birthday the wait staff isn't singing happy birthday every 5 mins. The first date is meant to get to know someone there likes dislikes and to see if there is something there for a 2nd. I hope for a long interesting conversation, a mutual attraction, some funny banter, a good meal, and most important that I've learned something about the other person.
