I'm a high school English teacher who loves traveling, music, reading, and writing. I have been to four continents and cherish my memories of backpacking, and seeing and learning about the world. I play the drums (albeit amateurishly), love classic rock (I'm a Beatle nut), and dig jazz and the blues. I'm a Knicks-Yankees-Giants fan, love going to art museums, and love oysters! (Random, I know.)I write a lot and have had a number of articles published. And yes, though a cliche, I do hope to pen the Great American Novel before I am in the ground. I write about a lot of different topics and I putter around with poems too. I dig my teaching job. A lot of nights I come home and I'm very proud of my choice of work.I am separated and my very short marriage will be annulled shortly. I married someone I thought was right for me, but it turned out we had too many differences. First date would be a coffee or a beer. It kind of depends on the vibe, you know?
