It's interesting, honestly! This means that I spend my days sitting down, reading obscure books and even more obscure papers about things virtually nobody cares about and then scribbling cryptic symbols onto pieces of paper in the hope of creating something still more obscure that even fewer people will care about.I've signed up here to meet people but with no real preconceptions about where it leads, ideally after a few messages I'd want to grab a or a drink as a chance to talk and get to know somebody. I'd like to meet some new and interesting people and anything beyond that is for the future to decide.Away from work one of my main passions is food. I love eating pretty much everything and generally spend a lot of my free evenings cooking or baking. Holidays also seem to focus disproportionately on seeking out interesting places to eat and drink whether this is excellent noodles in Japan or ham in Barcelona.Time away from food and maths is spent in a fairly standard fashion: I read, I watch films, I spend longer than I meant to browsing the internet, I've recently started playing table tennis again after about a 10 year gap and am now focusing on not being completely awful, I'd also like to play some badminton or squash if I can find somebody suitably bad or willing to go easy on me.
