My glass is always half full, and I believe everything happens for a reason. My favorite quotes and life mottos are: "Live Well, Laugh Often, and Love Much". and "It is Well with My Soul". I am very active, never get bored, and am comfortable in shorts and a tank top or dressing up to go out. I love life, love my teenage daughter, and am very active in her life and enjoy watching her and her team play softball.I am passionate in life and love. My friends would say that I am generous, loving, kind, funny, sweet, compassionate,organized and energetic. I love doing any outdoor activities, too. My friends and family would also say I have a huge heart, and nothing makes me happier than giving, but I also want to be the recipient sometimes as well. I love to entertain in my home and I have a large network of close, long time friends. I also like to go out with friends, and I'm a definite people watcher and have no problem making new friends. But I'm looking for that special man that has the same interests, goals, and desires that I do, and one who is confident and comfortable in his own skin. A man who makes me laugh is a must! My radio station is normally tuned to country music, but I also like old time rock and roll, Motown... and I keep tuned in to current music/stations as the mother of a teenage daughter. I love to dance and consider it great exercise and great fun! When I hear the first two notes of "Brick House"...I'm on the floor in a flash! My favorite vacation is always the beach, but any destination and long weekend is a treat! I like dining out (who doesn't?) and I enjoy a small "hole in the wall"/quaint restaurant, as well as the occassional fine dining experience where I have an excuse to "dress up" and be shown off by my partner.On line dating is new to me, but I'm willing to take a chance, are you? I believe the first date should be comfortable. Let's pick a spot where we'd both enjoy, and see how the conversation flows. Let's be ourselves and just get to know each other.
