I am 3 years divorced from a 22 yr marriage and am quite sure what to do with my new freedoms. I know I crave good company and someone to share new experience with. I am an "out of the box" thinker consumed with new ideas and concepts, curiosities and passion. Long, in depth, thought provoking conversations are "mental masturbation" for me. (Not to be confused with traditional phone sex; o No She did NOT just say that! ;) So if you like to keep it "simple" and narrowed we will not match. Know that I am the type to go above and beyond, the type to leave inhibition behind (less bungee jumping n rock climbing), the type whom lights the back yard with candles. I am appropriately passive, one who enjoys hammocks and LOVES the kitchen. I am sensible but have been described as somewhat of a hippie chick but with situationally appropriate reserve. OOHH I like the way THAT sounds! I am a writer wanna be if you haven’t noticed. You’re my test readers ;) Your opinion counts. I intend now, to feed the intellect in me, maintain the mother, live the music, humor the domesticate & the adventure seeker, enjoy the competitor, the ambitious soul, the friend and lover in time. I love to laugh and goof, and confess both an *** and dorky side. I could really use some help learning how to relax more.I recognize that people are investments to a degree no matter the type of relationship. One cannot expect a return without first investing and maintaining and ONLY time will tell. I believe we are porous beings and no ONE being, be it spouse, child, friend or family, is capable of filling in ALL the holes and gaps, no one should make that demand or have that expectation of another. It's a guaranteed fail, as some of those holes are custom sized for the love we have for ourselves. Without those voids filled no one will ever be enough. If you're seeking ownership, I do NOT subscribe! Physical and emotional possession should NEVER be confused with the possession of love! With that said, I do believe in monogamy and in equally shared responsibility. I believe in encouragement, support, inspiration and love given mutually and not motivated by guilt, demand, obligation or selfishness. With the right person I look forward to sharing my endless supply eternally. I am a pillow fluffer by nature and an excellent nurse but will avoid an obvious chronic "patient" for anything less than love. I keep a “total disclosure policy”. No mystery here. I make no attempts at pretense or fake personality. I’m hoping that statement would be a relief for some.I am the PROUD mother of 3 boys (20, 17 & They are self sufficient and most days my entertainment committee! They are the kinda pay back you really want from your kids. They are my greatest teachers. I've had to toughen up to raise them but chopping wood for ME is now a distant memory ;) Never a complaint! We all share cooking, n cleaning and they sew for ME! Ultimately, I am ISO a fellow with high energy who can relate to my concepts. Couch potatoes need not apply. I am ISO one from whom I can learn and who's open to education. A secure man is important, one who doesn't go into auto-DIS-trust after the first date. I'd like to meet someone to start a NEW life with not someone whose life I'm to enhance or vice versa.I like that one to have a wide open heart, wide open eyes, windows and doors (figuratively again)! That one would seek to encourage, enlighten and inspire and I would do the same. Dreamy huh? Possible though! I know I have the strength. You must use all your physical strength to complete this last task in order to free her majesty. Survival of the fittest is the test here. You must use your pinky finger only to bend the cage bars to break the spell. Just go with me on this it gets better I promise.
