I aspire to meditate regularly.I enjoy physical activity and much prefer playing sports to being a spectator. But I really enjoy watching tennis - all the grand slam events - and the occasional basebaIl game with a hot dog and beer. I tune in during the basketball playoffs. But if following sports teams (or internet video games/gaming) consumes most of your free time and emotional energy, I'm not interested. I love ballroom dancing, especially because it takes me out of my head and puts me in the present moment in the way that only the intense concentration required to move many different parts of your body, at the same time, through space, to the beat of the music, without looking ridiculous, can do. I don't need you to take dance lessons, although that would be great, but I hope you would be supportive of my dancing with other partners. I am pretty good at tennis. I occasionally jog, cycle, and roller blade.
