I believe the real world is outside but here goes...Running is my passion but there's so much more for sharing. I recently added an adorable little rescue dog to my single girl condo lifestyle so much of my quiet time is now with leash in hand. I enjoy (need) my downtime but am conversationally stimulated by things cerebral, and exploring (or finding humour in) the human condition. I live well, work hard, and train harder, but know how to spend a lazy afternoon and eat a burger too. It's my definition of balance.
