I believe the real world is outside but here goes...Running is my passion but there's so much more for sharing. I recently added an adorable little rescue dog to my single girl condo lifestyle so much of my quiet time is now with leash in hand. It’s making me wonder if there’s a country girl inside the proclaimed urbanite.I’ I have a spiritual side that looks for the meaning or at least for the lesson of things so I can be quite serious at times but certainly not without a sense of humour either. I enjoy (need) my downtime but am conversationally stimulated by things cerebral, and exploring (or finding humour in) the human condition. I live well, work hard, and train harder, but know how to spend a lazy afternoon and eat a burger too. It's my definition of balance.
