The most recent from May.Update: You know, I have always wondered about people who post "updates" to their profiles. lol Sometimes what they have to say can be downright negative. I have not wanted to do this because that is just not who I am at my core. But after having been on this site for a little bit, I am amazed at all the guys that feel the need to lie. Don't say you are looking for a relationship when all you are looking for is a hook up. Don't say you are single or separated when you are out and out married. It really makes you wonder whether or not there are honest people out there. And, I realize that this is not just a male phenomenon***I hear from enough guys that women on here lie too, so I am not man bashing for sure. But, if you decide to contact me, please just be honest and I will be too!Oh.....and guys....."just say no" to the bathroom shots......OK? The first word I would use to describe myself is genuine. My approach to life is that I am a pretty open-minded individual - I will usually try anything once as long as it is legal and won't hurt anyone. I love to laugh and make others laugh!!! I have many interests that include traveling, music( all except country), art, fitness, sports, theater, movies, museums, fine wine/cuisine, etc....I enjoy weightlifting ***times per week. Some of my goals are to travel many different parts of the world, to jump out of an airplane, and to meet the "right guy for me" and hopefully get married and have a family.I believe in a definite energy between people so in a way I guess I do believe in love at first sight (or maybe I should say really great energy at first sight). I know how to compromise when necessary to nurture a relationship while still maintaining a very strong sense of myself. There is so much more that I would like to share about myself.....but I'd like to save that for the special man that I hope to meet and then.......

Update: As of Monday, September 23...I will be having the first of two foot surgeries. Recovery they say can be up to six months...HELP...I'm going to go stir crazy...can't sit still for that long. Any suggestions for a one legged gimp to do??? LOL. Ok, week one of recovery going well. I have the pain down to a minimum. Bring on those dancing shoes...well at least one of them...Where are the real guys at?? Just looking for HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY...is that asking too much??This is more of a challenge then I thought...but do I love a good challenge. Tending to be a lil more picky the older I get. Not a big fan of winter...but I do survive them. I have raised two grown men the best that I can and they have made me proud, love and take care of my family especially my grandsons. Love spending time with family and friends but looking for someone special to spend some time with.I like taking walks, dancing, comedy, listening to music of all varieties live or not, going to movies or cuddling up at home. Well, I am the type that is up to just about anything or would try anything once. Dancing with the devil by the full moon light or kissing in the rain...I also love to show my guy just how I feel about him, very touchy feely type person. I have a lot of love, honesty, trust and compassion to give the right guy. I love to laugh, a sense of humor is very attractive. Enjoy the little things in life...I am looking to fill a hole in my life and heart...not for someone to take care of me because by now I certainly know how to take care of myself. I can certainly check and change my own oil. Lol. Looking for someone to share all that life has to offer, hold my hand and just enjoy.Put off having my children's books published for too long. One published in a series of seven and counting...new chapter to begin.I am a giver not a taker, a lover not a fighter...and great kisser gets a long way with me.Getting into the health kick...trying to eat healthy and exercise more.
