My profile has been hidden for a while - had a few "learning" experiences". I'm not giving up! I still enjoy playing music w/ others (percussion ) but haven't in a very long time. Love to laugh and need to be around other light-hearted people. Love my family, animals, fishing, and star gazing. I'm trained in massage therapy. I love most types of music and going to concerts (the NorVa is one of my favorite venues). I'm an avid reader and also like doing crosswords. I enjoy amusement parks and movies. Universal Studio rocks! Looking into taking some classes. Meet for a snack/drink/coffee- depending on place and time. Someplace fairly quiet so we can actually talk the first time we meet. In other words, a kayaking trip is not a good idea for a first date, especially since the park ranger called the tandem kayaks divorce boats!(it's a funny story!)     I moved from a large city about 10 years ago and built my house. It is a passive solar design and I heat mainly with wood. I now have a small farm and love it (ok well most of it...who actually loves mucking our pens?????). I am a bit of a tree hugger but not fanatical. For hobbies, I love horse back riding (recently got a horse), rock hounding, tanning (hides not my skin) and making native american styled crafts. I love the out doors but do NOT camp.
