..Now that that is out of the way... ;)There is nothing sexier than trust in a relationship... and by definition it takes the desire and ability to open up and be vulnerable to some extent... In that vulnerability alone perhaps lies the key to ecstasy - when what you give is reciprocated right back. Undeniably, it hurts when it's not, but are you strong enough to not close yourself off because of the toads you have kissed? Hmmm...I consider myself social, outdoorsy and down to earth .. I feel really fortunate to have two beautiful sons and incredible friends and family. Turns out I'm quite driven and I have realized that it seems to be a challenge to find a compatible partner. I have always been independent and self sufficient. ;-)..I'm happiest outdoors; hiking, camping, riding my horses, skiing, gardening, kayaking, rafting, climbing to the top of the world and finding the roads less traveled. I love adrenaline rushes and you'll find me doing all the crazy stuff. I love art, photography and traveling in the U.S and around the world, experiencing new cultures. Every day should be an adventure! I work out and stay fit, I don't mind getting my hands dirty and working on endless home projects. I love to go out dancing to live music, hanging out with friends contemplating the meaning of life or having a romantic evening and enjoying some cava at home in front of the wood stove. Not a couch potato and not looking to find one either. I'm into healthy food (love to cook and try new foods). Exploring and learning are parts of my daily life.I'm passionate about life, spontaneous, tough, honest, healthy, straight forward and direct (European..); I like to face life head on. Oh did I mention I have a lot of energy? I'm not into drama (I have NONE in my life :)). I believe that chemistry, compatibility, honesty and communication can make a great relationship. It shouldn't have to be too difficult if you're operating on the same wavelength.. I can dream and be romantic but I'm also realistic and know where the dreaming ends. I know what I want out of life, I accomplish my goals and I try to live my life on a daily basis to the fullest as you never know what tomorrow will bring. As I get older time seems to go by faster and faster.Looking for somebody that doesn't fit the mold and lives life (it's amazing how many people just exist)... Traveling is a must as you'll never know what you miss when you haven't left the country.. I love crazy, funny and out there, life is too dull otherwise.. Let's live for today, not in the past!!!! Wake up and see what you're missing out on... This planet has so much beauty... It's fun to walk on the edge....PS: And yes, I'm actually doing all that stuff (and a lot more) that I mentioned. Some of you guys like to talk about stuff that you've done about 10 years ago but are just to busy now... :(... And PLEASE NO PLAYERS.. I'm not that shallow!!! Sorry! Life is too short... get over your midlife crisis and live life!!! I just can't believe the state most guys in their 40's are!!!! What?? Maybe a midnight picnic under the stars on top of the world??? I know just the perfect spot... it's close.. barefoot in the sand.. or anything else that is fun for that matter...
