I'm a girl that loves life and the pursuit of adventure! I've had a great career as a singer and songwriter/producer with lots of great successses that still trickle in. I'm still involved in performing now and again here and internationally. Now though my focus is the wine business - my other true passion! I get to spend a lot of time discovering great wine and introducing other people to it as well! Dining out is something I like to do often to educate myself in my business, but it's also something I love. It's exciting to go check out new restaurants and chefs around town. I've always been someone who likes to travel and I've been around Europe a few times, but lately my trips have been closer to home and over long weekends, to stay closer to work. I'm about ready to get back to some real travelling though!I'm an outdoorsy girl...I run or hike ***times a week. I do love to workout. Cooking is something I love as well. I often like to invent dishes in the kitchen with a few bottles of wine and someone to share them with....or a little group of friends for a sit-down dinner. Accompany all that with some old records spinning on the record-player, and we often end up with a night of great conversation, shenanigans.....or a dance party! I have a little amazing group of friends who l love dearly. My family is also very very close to me and love planning fun weekends or vacations with the ones I love most.I love what I do now and would like to continue to grow my career in the next couple of years. It would be so nice to find a partner in crime who is spontaneous, funny, hard-working, with a big heart and open to new experiences and adventure! Hmmm....I guess that depends on the guy I'm meeting and what he likes, but a 1st date could be meeting for a glass of wine at a great wine bar, or a crafted****ail at some cool****ail (this site won't allow the word I'm using here, meaning mixed alcoholic beverage) place, or margaritas and mexican, a dinner somewhere fun......OR coffee at a gourmet market......OR minigolf? I'm open to suggestions:)

-town girl, but have lived all over the US and spent lots of time abroad. I have backpacked through Europe for 3 months by myself (I am still telling stories from my adventure) and spent a semester abroud in Austria. Traveling is a passion for me and I am always dreaming about my next trip, even if that is a day trip in the car to a new local spot I haven't explored! My friends say that I am loyal, funny, kind, laid-back, happy, and grounded. I can be super "girlie" and love getting dolled up and going somewhere fancy, but I also love to pack up the tent and camping for a couple days in the dirt or sand. I am not afraid to get dirty and love to be outside as much as possible. I like to be productive and active, but that doesn't mean I cannot spend a lazy Sunday on the couch watching golf or football (those are my sports, but if you are a basketball or NASCAR fan, I am sure we can find some compromise). I like to think I have found that balance in my life. I love to bake (I make killer cupcakes) and am learning how to cook without setting off a fire alarm. I am always looking for new food/restaurants/farmers markets, adventure, fashion, kitchen gadgets, antiques and more... I love country music but listen to all kinds of other music too...not much that I don't like!I do have a six and a half year old daughter who is the best, most easy-going kid I know. She is so good and sweet and pure...I love seeing the world through her eyes. She is definitely not "baggage", but rather the icing on the cake in my life ;-) I know exactly who I am and what I want in a partner... Seriously and most importantly, mutual respect and admiration for each other. Having independant interests and activities, but knowing at the end of the day that the idea that being together is the best part and giving each other the encouragement to dream big and live bigger! I am looking for someone who stands up for their own self and who can also stand up for me when I need it. I want to be with someone who is independent, educated, funny (witty, not who has read ***knock knock jokes) and adventurous, but who can also come home, turn on a stupid movie and just enjoy each other's company. If you are someone who wants to take a leap of faith and see where it gets us, I would love to chat! I don't have an ideal first date...I'm open for whatever comes my way. I think having expectations puts too much pressure on people, I say "go with the flow and see where it gets us..."!!!

Fun?!?I hate trying to "sell" myself in words. Actions and interactions speak much louder. I miss having fun in the area I live. I was always out of town before but now I am ready to be here and see what all there is to offer. Don't get me wrong, a camping excursion is all I need to be ready to leave again. I love the desert, mountains, and everywhere in between. I'm a "can sleep on the ground and cook over a fire" kind of girl.
