How would i describe me? I'm the kind of girl that can be professional in a suit for work, dress up in a glittery gown and fancy shoes for a ball yet still feel SO comfortable in a good pair of jeans and a T-shirt (and even better in yoga pants and a hoodie). I have a great career and I love what I do. I'm very independent and work hard to keep that independence. I'm a proud single mother of a GREAT 11 year old son - who, by the way, you might see playing in the NHL one day :) and...i'm shy when you first meet me, but a ball of sillyness and sarcasm when you get to know me!I'm looking to meet that special someone who i can share the good times with - and yes, even the bad times. A stolen kiss as we walk past each other, a hand hold when you least expect it, a hug just because...all things you tend to miss when you don't have a partner. I'm a lover. I love freely, deeply and wholly and tend to wear my heart on my sleeve. At the same time, i really do enjoy my time with me. I very much enjoy the outdoors too - hiking weekdays and weekends (big or small hikes - whetever time permits) and camping whenever I can too. I listen to all kinds of music. I love attending live concerts and have attended many - I tend to have music on as much as I can wherever I can and I love to dance. I would eventually like a life mate, someone to spend my old days with ;) but would like to date for awhile before getting into anything too serious. At this point in my life, I know what i'm looking for in a relationship, what's important to me, what the "deal-breakers" are and i'm not willing to settle for anything less. You? You like to cuddle and you can make me laugh ;) You're loyal. You're in a career you love, you're honest and sincere and truthful and you're ready to date and have it possibly turn in to something more. If you have kids PERFECT! A play-mate for my son!     Well considering my friends opened up this profile for me 4 months ago figured I should ask them what my password is and have a look for myself LOL I hate shopping at the best of times but really lets be honest this is basically on-line shopping! Like I said I am far from perfect... Don't get me wrong I can be sensitive there's just a time and place for seriousness.I am from Saskatchewan (GO RIDERS!!! I love hiking, camping, boating, fishing, running, playing baseball, ok really this list could go on forever I pretty much like anything that's fun...It would be easier to put things I don't like such as ballets, operas, bars, art museums ...ya know gay stuff (insert my sarcastic sense of humour) I sure wish my friends would have filled out this section for me this is tough! I am actually pretty shy..and I know when my friends read this they will die laughing because once you get to know me or I guess once I get to know you I am anything but shy! Guess if you want to know more you will ask :) I HATE the word date...don't know why too much pressure maybe....I just like to hang out, meet new people and go from there.
