There is not a moment that goes by that she doesn't change lives! We can be at the gas station, the car wash or wherever and there is always someone who's life my daughter touches.* I have had my daughter full time since the moment well, you know.......I don't share her and have full parenting rights. Its been tough being a single mother but like I mentioned before, I am strong and I keep putting one foot in front of the other. The good news is that I don't have drop off's at McDonalds, or have any ex boyfriends or ex-husbands either. There is very little or no drama on this end. * Things I want to do before I die: Climb Mt. I am getting re-licensed to be a foster parent. I am not saying this is WHAT I am going to do....I am saying I am doing what I love and they say if you do what you love then maybe you will meet someone........I just feel I have so much love to give. It's like catch and release I guess. I use to be involved in fostering. Love them and let them go back to their families or get adopted. It is a great feeling when this happens. * I would like to meet someone who is honest. Someone who knows how to be professional at times then also goofy when the moment is right. Someone who can sit and watch a movie on the couch on a Friday night yet also likes to go out. I am looking for someone who when we are 80 years old can sit and reflect back on our lives and our children and remember those days. I am looking for a man who likes to camp, hike and be outdoors in the summer's then on the slopes in the winter. I am looking for someone who can teach my daughter things about life and to be her hero. I am looking for a friend and a lover, a good person and one who knows that life is tough, nothing comes easy, and everything takes work. I am looking for a man who is highly respected at his work, in the community and with his family. I want to feel life and ever minute of it with someone who I can call my best friend. * I thought since I have listed sooo many things here, it would be equally important for me to list a few things on how I will treat you if we were in a relationship. Call me old fashioned but this has worked for my parents and they have been married for over 40 years....So, in my presence you will always be treated with the up most respect. I will understand that you have a role as the "male" partner in the relationship thus you will be treated as such. I will never argue or cause a scene when in public. I will never stir up or cause unwanted drama and I will ask that you drive everywhere we go and this includes my car if you want. Now that I have your attention.. I am a real woman, have a plaque that says it and everything!! :) I am the mother of two teenage boys which is great because no babysitter required and sucks because they NEED a babysitter being two teenage boys...I have as I am sure you all have been hurt in the past, run down, put down etc.. build a bridge and get over it.. There comes a time in everyone's lives when we choose to define our lives or let it define us. I make my own way, may not be how everyone else sees it or how they think i should but its my terms. I am not as you can tell by my photos, a Barbie. I am a real woman who is improving everyday and is beautiful inside and out. I am not perfect for every guy I am perfect for ONE guy. I am family oriented and choose to surround myself and my boys with people who laugh, and can add emotional goodness to our lives. Money is not everything, its great to have it, but if you can't make a good time happen without it, then you probably don't have enough creativity for this girl. In my world, a REAL man, does not hit. Does NOT yell, belittle, criticize. Not saying this has happened just not what I want. I want to love someone and be loved. Hurt with my partner when they are hurting, find joy when they do and just be together. Remember Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans, I could say all the fun things don't judge a book by its cover and all that, but lets be real we all do. chemistry is needed, and so is the ability to spell and speak without saying fo dizzle. I enjoy sporting events, concerts, movies long walks off short piers, things that involve water is awesome oh except waterboarding, I am cutting that out ! Somewhere that you don't have food spilling from your mouth, there is plenty of time to talk and get to know the person. You can actually see the persons expressions and hear what they have to say while not being drown out by the loud music.
