I have had this experience lost sight of my integrity and taught me caution. Not liking this part very much. Can't we just talk on the phone? I was married for 20 years. Divorced/separated now for five years. Two grown children making their own decisions while I sit back and cringe while biting my tongue. I have steady employment in the nonprofit medical field which is almost exactly what I want. Always keeping an eye out for something I might enjoy as much or more. I have worked in medical administration for about 25 years. First, I'd like to start by saying, If you are under 45 please take this politely, but I am not interested. Also, although I say I'm a bbw, I'm now almost half the size I used to be. No, I didn't have any surgery, I just made up my mind that I wanted to live longer. I'm a simple lady. I'm looking for a companion that is age appropriate, easy going, who's not impressed with "stuff". I like to cook, write, read, long drives to no where that ends up being somewhere. I love taking the road less traveled. I'm really funny when you get to know me. I still have most of my friends from days of yore. Once someone is my friend they are in my heart for life. That doesn't mean I see them all the time but when we do see each other it's like the years have been days. I have an old dog that is totally blind. I am his seeing eye human. I love all animals. I used to fish but none of my friends seem to want to go these days, and that's ok. I love to travel. I've been all over the USA and the Carribean. I love a cruise. I've been on plenty. I've recently moved and have been spending time trying to figure out how to decorate my new place. I'm very thankful for the people and the things I have, the only thing that's missing is you. Music moves me and I'm involved helping out with lots of friends that are musicians running benefits and helping out where I can. I love supporting our local musicians. What ever is comfortable. I don't drink but I'm very comfortable going out for a drink but I'll pass and have a diet coke or coffee. Anywhere where we can chat and have a couple of laughs and if there is no chemical reaction, we can still walk away with a smile.
