I like to laugh and make others laugh. Friends and family are the most important thing to me. I enjoy cooking, touring historical places, DIY projects, and photography. I have a soft spot for old skool Nintendo (especially Mario Bros) and classic muscle cars. I like to get dressed up and go out for an evening, but I’m just as happy spending the day/evening on the couch watching movies. I love rainy days and storms in general. I'm not much for the bar scene, but I will go if there's a good band playing. I’m a single mom of my wonderful 3 year old son that lives with me. With that in mind, I'm looking for a guy that understands my son and I are a packaged deal. I need to take things slow to begin with because of this and not wanting to run men in and out of my son's life. I want someone that can make me laugh and shares some of my same interests and perhaps has some other hobbies and interests I can learn. Music - I'll listen to anything for a while but rock is definitely my comfort music.;..Movie - too many to list. I'm not crazy about horror movies or war movies...don't like violence for the sake of violence. Love comedies, romantic comedies, suspense and action movies.TV - When I have the TV to myself I love the Food Network, History Channel, and HGTV.I'm a very open and honest person and I only ask the same. I'm looking for a guy with a sense of humor and has their life together. If you're still living with your parents (unless they're ill and you're taking care of them), don’t have a job, go out partying every weekend…don’t bother contacting me. I don’t do hook-ups or friends with benefits. I’m ultimately looking for a serious relationship. I don’t expect that to happen overnight, but if you’re not open to something serious there’s no point in getting to know each other. I’m a pretty awesome person with an awesome kid.     I get asked all the time why am I single since I'm apparently so pretty, smart, funny, cool, etc. Well there are many factors but mostly it's because dating sucks, especially online dating. Everyone seems to be lying about or hiding something be their looks, living situation, job status or criminal records. My ex and I are NOT friends, but we deal because we have no choice. Not well mind you but it could be worse. Less is more when it comes to us being around each other. My son has a laundry list of health issues and spends a decent amount of time in hospitals and doctors offices. Both of my kids are older and guess what, they are genuinely good kids like their Momma. Smart too like their Momma. I'm book smart and street smart and quirky and melodramatic and neurotic and witty and seriously funny at times. I stand out no matter where I go and dance to the beat of a different drummer. I'm too old for games and general bs. I want a relationship build on a foundation of friendship so I'm looking for friends first, if something else comes of it great but if not I'm pretty sure the world will not end and I'll survive. I like most sports, watching, not participating. I don't work out and have no intentions of doing so anytime soon in spite of my cottage cheese thighs. I guess that's the deal in a nuttshell so if you are interested say hi, if not, oh well? The world won't end if I don't find my Mr. Right so until then I'll plug along. I haven't been impressed yet lol

I am at the point in my life that I am ready to start settling down and sharing everything I have to offer with that "special someone"... - sorry for the cliche! I have a great career, a fabulous family and group of friends, and looking to share. :)BTW, bathroom portraits... nothing says I'm hot better than a dirty countertop or a urinal in the background! Let's see... Live music and a cold beer, or glass of wine is perfect!
