About Me

I would like to meet someone with similar interests, yet share in some new ones. A man within 5 years either way, would be realistic for me and at least my height, 5'10". I am not asking for perfection, as I believe we shouldn't expect more than we can offer. I am affectionate, passionate and honesty is a must. No reason to waste anyone's time, at our age. Telling us what you think we want to hear, rather than being honest, always spells disaster and = a man or woman with bad character. I dislike...couch potatoes, shallow, judgemental or close minded people, cowards who tell you what they think you want to hear, people who hunt animals and/or hurt kids or animals. road rage, inconsiderate people, those with no integrity and men that post a pic of themselves with a dog, to catch a woman's interest, when they have no interest in owning one. :( I enjoy meeting new people, would like to meet a nice, compassionate, respectful, funny, easy going man, who isn't still blaming his X for all his shortcomings, honest and trustworthy, non smoker, non drug user, with a nice smile. I will offer the same in return. I know you're out there somewhere. If I've eliminated 80% of you with my profile, it will take less time to meet a good man. I believe that if you are going to do something for someone, you should do it from your heart, rather than expecting something in return. Otherwise, you'll be greatly disappointed in life. A simple act of kindness, is worth more than ***good intentions. Are you out there somewhere? If so, will I find YOU or will you find ME? I think a first date should be decided upon between the two of us.     Hi - this is me looking for u! Actually looking for a "u" to hang out with, I look forward to new adventures but am content walking along the shore looking for beach-glass. I also work away at crossing off items from my bucket list. Most recently I took part in the New Year's Polar Bear Swim and went for my first motor-cycle ride. Loved it. ! I would like to try the Zip-Line,Water - I have 3 grown children- " Whew, made it" and I have had the good fortune to spend a great deal of time in the mud and dirt with my grand-son. I play the guitar, and am just gaining the confidence to play around others. My toes are always tapping and as a result I love to go dancing. There is nothing more magical then 2 people being in perfect sync on the dance-floor. ( especially when one of them is me).So if you love to sing at the top of your lungs when no-one is watching, , like the smell of clean sheets off the clothesline, can put up a clothesline, love the first bite of freshly baked cookies out of the oven, can share in the baking of the cookies in the oven ! love a good belly-laugh and,.. after taking a step forward, then back-wards you optimistically call it the, " Cha,cha, cha,... then" You get a line and I'll get a pole, and we'll go fishin' in the crawlfish hole,...."Happy Fishing.
