I'm ready for something serious. I've always been the type of guy to enjoy my independance and freedom. I feel like I've seen all types of possible senarios when dating, and I know finally what I want. In every relationship you have in life, you grow in some way and learn more about yourself. Movies, the arts, and dinning are also high on my enjoyments in life. Now for one of my qualities that may potentially scare you off. I am a neat freak! I am sightly compulsive when it comes to keeping my home clean and items organized. Although I don't feel as if I go 'overboard', I do enjoy a clean house. I have lived with messey people in the past, and have learned to adapt slightly to their habits, I would much more prefer someone who shares my same expectations. I love my friends, and they are all in my life for a reason. They are not aquaintances, and I know I can count on them. They have seen me through some of my most difficult times.I currently work in the biotech industry, and also maintain a small practice as a massage therpaist working in a chiropractic office. I carry a strong work ethic, and am not lazy. I look for the same in others. I am happy with my career, and look forward to further growth and oportunities. I've worked for Fortune 20 companies, and now I run my own small business in healthcare. I consider myself a civic-minded person, so advocating for others, and volunteering when I can, are essential to my life. Yes, I do help old ladies cross the street. I'm equal parts critical and forgiving. I love cars but wish we had big-city public transportation. I abhor lying, and I seem almost emotionally and physiologically incapable of doing so. And yes, I am too trusting, but (un)fortunately I excel at noticing problems/errors/inconsistencies in everything I encounter (I am a details freak).I am not a solitary person, and I cherish the company of other people. I love meeting new people, especially if they come from a different culture. I will start up a conversation with strangers. However, I also am quite direct and tend to make enemies of inept customer service people (but I go out of my way to praise/tip those who are good!).I'm a reluctant Columbusite: I left my heart in Europe, and a smile crosses my face every time I visit NYC. I'm still learning the rules of dating: it seems one must feign disinterest and be reluctant to share a connection. I do hope I'm wrong about that. Going to a nice place for dessert and taking a walk would make a nice date.

I guess it's time to put some effort into this. Me: I have been in the wireless industry since I was 18 years old (before text messages, kiddos, lol.) I am a definite homebody. I love to cook and specialize in Italian. I am fluent in French and just started learning Italian. I love to travel and I'm trying to visit each state. I would not classify myself as either masculine or feminine, I'm me. I'm not going to pretend that I'm into camping, hiking, fishing, Nascar, or "country" living.
