Looking for: woman. In age: 52-62
Hello! I was born in a log cabin at the base of the Amazon River. A tribe of headhunters adopted and raised me. Later I escaped and sailed to America on a surfboard.I was raised by wonderful parents, both of whom are deceased. They brought me up to be a good person, respect people for who they are, and to treat women with kindness and respect. In that way, I suppose I'm a bit old-fashioned, but not old-fashioned to the point where I would want a chaperone on our dates! (lol) I'm a romantic - inherited from both my Mom and Dad. I enjoy long walks, holding hands, laughing, enjoying all of the seasons (yes, winter too! lol), kissing, playful looks ... well, you get the idea. I have my own car, a job that I enjoy, and wonderful family and friends. At one time I had long hair (all the way down my back), but then genetics took over (thanks Dad! lol) and my hairline has receeded. Probably to the point of a "" (lol) But hey, I still have my own teeth! (thanks Mom! lol)As far as interests, I love music. I've been a musician for 37 years (primarily a bass guitarist, but can also play some guitar, piano, and drums as well). I do like to sing ... and you'll have to be the judge on whether it is soothing or painful. (lol) I've written a bunch of my own songs, some are quite good, others not so good.;Writing songs is a continual learning process." At the moment, along with a very long-standing and close friend of mine, I am commencing a new studio recording project involving somewhere in the neighborhood of ***songs (I keep adding to and subtracting songs from the list). Quite an ambitious project, but I think one that will be well worth the effort. Another interest in travelling. I've travelled cross-country on my own twice. Someday I hope to write a book about my experiences - some exciting, some boring, some exhilarating, some even scary.-rated imo, except for the Eiffel Tower). And with travelling comes meeting new people along the way, which is also something I enjoy.I love animals. I have an affinity for them. A friend of mine once told me that she thinks of me as a cross between "The Crocodile Hunter" and "" I'm still not sure how to take that! (lol lol)I have no idea what I am looking for in a woman. I thought about it, and believe that if I set criteria of what I am looking for, I'm going to be excluding some very wonderful and enchanting women ... maybe even THE woman that I am hopefully meant for. I am drawn to certain personality traits, and like everyone else am drawn to certain physical aspects as well. I suppose it comes down to chemistry. One thing for sure - a smile and laughter can go a long way! :-)Well, that's all for now. I want to wish everyone the best of luck in finding that special person.

Man. 54 years old. Zodiac sign: Leo.
Looking for: woman. In age: 51-61
Active lifestyle, funny, warm, outgoing, romantic and passionate. Have lived all these years and never found the real love of a lifetime. Would like to find a long term relationship. I puff cigars once in awhile , do not drink, do not do drugs, but, if you are a social drinker that's fine. I have been married and divorced twice, ***and ***years. Love the arts, creative outlets, innovative thinking, out of the box mentality and enjoy serving others. Creating new businesses, ways to fix things and tinkering with new ideas keep my mind flowing with new ideas. We only live once! Money is great, but as we have seen, it is not the answer to anything really. Deep, personal relationships full of love are far more valuable. I'm in pretty good shape, love to joke around, have a serious side for serious things, hate to argue and waiting for you! Fiercely loyal, honest, dependable, faithful, trustworthy and monogamous. Not much of one for beating around the bush, very open and able to communicate very effectively. However, I do not have ESP, so I have no idea what you are thinking unless you spit it out! lolAbout the one I'm looking for... Someone to spend time with and see where it goes from there. Try not to put too many expectations on the first meetings and conversations. While chemistry is important, so is inner character. Like funny, good spirit, warm hearted women who have succeeded in their own right in life. That does not necessarily mean in the financial sense. I do like long hair, painted nails and lipstick...just a preference but not a deal breaker. Someone who enjoys culture, exploring different towns, cities, countries and our own back yard. Spontaneous, whimsical, young at heart, outgoing, intelligent, a good conversationalist, a thought provoker, a prankster and one who shares deeply. Someone who likes to dress up for great nights out on the town, can knock around the house in sweats or shorts and is comfortable in any situation. A lover of family, friends, companionship, an equal in every way, never behind, never ahead, just side by side. One who can roll with the punches of life, celebrate the victories, persevere through the bad times, honest, faithful and fully committed to the journey of life as a couple. One who can give the "look" when I say something stupid, jab me in the ribs when I need it in public and hold my hand as we walk through life. Total sucker for a pretty face. The eyes and smile go a long way. Tend to gravitate towards slender to average builds,BUT, am not hung up on the stereotype cast these days. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not looking for a "trophy wife", looking for my other half. I've been divorced for 9 years and done internet dating for the same amount of time. Needless to say, I have not found her yet. Just because I am very selective, doesn't mean in may not be you! Not in to serial dating or casual flings, but willing to wait until whenever for the right person. While "laughing and having fun" might be a life ambition ( who wouldn't want that all the time ) it's a bit on the shallow end of the pool for me. Life is hard, enjoy the moments you can laugh and have fun.Romance, romance, romance, very important. Shouldn't it be the serenade that never ends? The romance novel that takes 30 years to write? The little old couple kissing on a park bench, walking down the beach hand in hand, eyes that light up in the presence of each other? Isn't life the ultimate love story waiting to be written? Isn't that what we all ultimately seek? The impossible is always possible with two hearts joined together, two minds that think all things are possible and two Souls that are united as one. In this day and age, "self" has lead to isolation, closed hearts and short term thinking. Isn't it time to take a risk? Ever wondered what happened to all those years that could have been? Pain of the past still so intense you cannot release your future? These are all lies. While extremely difficult to find these days, the real deal can happen, but one must take a chance. What's holding you back? Security can only be found in what you truly believe in. Do you have enough Faith to believe it can happen? Take a little baby step. The biggest regrets in life are the chances we never took. Say hello, the worst that can happen is you make a new friend. Now, where have you been???Now IF you have manged to read all of this, can't help it, I like to write, then kudos to you! I'm in and out of here quickly most of the time, so don't be bashful! Especially, if I sent you one of those "would like to meet" things. Busy time for me, so sorry for the quick flirts. Pink Floyd is my all time favorite band.....surprised? Keep it simple, coffee is good and normally a great place to talk without distractions. I am one of the rare birds that actually "listen" to what you say. A lot can be learned in just 5 minutes :) I don't believe in interrogation, exploration in conversation is a great way to see if we have some things in common. Warm weather could be a walk, outdoor lunch or anything really.
