I eat generous amounts of fresh of fruits and veggies. I like to cook and I do take the extra time to use as little processed food as possible. I'm very aware of food and work in a food lab. I'm still trying to learn salsa and ballroom dancing. Contra dances are great and the season is coming back! I don't spend a lot of time in front of the television but do enjoy an occasional good show or movie.I consider myself spiritual but not religious. I don't push my beliefs on others, I try to keep an open mind at all times, and be tolerant of all people.I enjoy a good card game with my friends, especially sheepshead or euchre.
