The dating scene is a new thing for me now that both my sons are away at college. Just giving this a try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. If I find a match, thats great!!! I am a very outdoor type person. I have always had the mentality that hard work brings rewards. I love my job that has taken me to a lot of places. I want to go back there soon. I do all my own home remodeling and repairs. Love to boat, travel, ride my motorcycles, mountain bike, golf (I own a home on a golf course), fish, hunt(never actually shot anything, lol), camp, concerts(I have seen all the good bands, Led Zepplin, Rolling Stones, etc). I have lots of motorcycles which is my passion. Would love to share my happiness and take that special person on some vacations and bike rides on my BMW R***GS. Still a child at heart. I like the outdoors - things like short hikes in the mountains, smaller concert venues, walks, cooking out. I am in good shape; yet don't spend every evening in the gym. I like hiking and walking every day if I can but at least as often as possible. I enjoy cooking and would love to have someone who would like to give it a try together. I would try to sum up who I am looking for this way - someone who is practical, family oriented, someone who seeks a partner in life, likes to work together toward goals, be it vacations, that mountain retreat, or painting the living room, (that last one ought to real'm in:)A few things I like: the Mountains and the beach - who doesn't? Homemade apple butter, Blue skies and low humidity! What are the qualities of a good relationship? Here is some brainstorming on that one: There should be mutual attraction in a relationship - something that makes you anticipate, makes you happy, makes you content, makes you at peace, when you see each other. Honesty, integrity and respect, are a must. A sense of humor and conversation help a relationship immensely. I have three boys. Two are grown, number three will be all too soon, so more free time on my hands these days. They are all really good kids, don't know where we went right in that regard!
